The product arrived with the security tag still attached inside. I then had to parcel it up and send it back for them to remove it and return. Staff were good about but just very annoying as a customer. The estimated delivery date was very long too but it arrived sooner than expected which was good.

The product I purchase for my birds is good, however it has risen in price twice now in 4 - 5 months, I did ask the phone op when I ordered some more if I bought in bulk (X3) could I have a discount, but the phone op said no! No loyalty for being a good customer šŸ˜„

The product was fine but the advertisement failed to inform customers that the sizes were small and a larger size than normal should be ordered.

The one drawback was that the pellets back had ripped open, presumably in transit. This is the second occasion this has happened.

I order a child joules jacket when it came it did not have the joules logo on the front as advertised on your site it as cost me Ā£10 in postal as I have returned it as it was not the same as advertised Iam I entitled to my postage back

The dog food we ordered arrived in good time. Good communication of delivery date too. Unfortunately when it arrived the dog food bag had cleared been ripped & taped back up. Unfortunately not entirely well as it spilled out onto our parents carpet who took delivery for us.

Hi service is usually good and staff helpful. Only issue I have with this Ofer was that it said if I paid Ā£6.99 I would get next day delivery on the 4/1/19 but it did not arrive until late on the 7/1/19 .. I feel this was a waste of Ā£6.99 as I didnā€™t receive the delivery when said.

Deeply disappointed that the loyalty card could not be used on-line on this purchase when I collected from your branch. After all it is a Loyalty/Rewards Card.

Hello Susan, Im sorry to hear you are dissapointed. I can confirm that you can actually take a copy of your invoice from your order into the Stokesley store as a receipt, Along with your loyalty card and they will manually add the points onto your account. Kind Regards, Millbry Hill
packaging was terrible the jacket was expensive only had one outer plastic packing and when it was delivered it was ripped luckily the jacket was not damaged so I kept it but it was disappointing.

Love the actual shop as itā€™s really nice to walk around and the staff are very helpful and friendly. However disappointed that I had to pay postage and return postage on some items I ordered online that didnā€™t fit. Overall a great shop though.

Usually really pleased with products and service, however this time delivery took a lot longer... I was given 2 dates for delivery and it turned up on the third date. I tracked the parcel and it looked like it had been traveling up and down the country for a week šŸ˜

Although part of my order was no longer available Millbry Hill rang to inform me and refunded the cost of that item. I had paid extra for fast delivery- this didnā€™t happen. Again Millbry Hill rang to inform me the parcel delivery company DPD had wrongly delivered the parcel to someone with a similar name so there would be a further delay, as such they would also refund the extra charge for swift delivery. Seven days later the parcel was delivered, the sealer tape put on by Millbry had been opened. Underneath my name & address label ( in North Yorkshire) was another - nothing at all like mine- which I presume was itā€™s first destination. Shockingly it was addressed to a group of doctors surgeries in Coloraine Ireland, they had written ā€œrejectedā€ on their label. (The contents were cast iron wine bottle holders) After opening the box one of the holders was very damaged, the dog figurine on the top was bent right over at 90 degrees to the post, I managed to right it, not easy with cast iron but the weld is now weakened. As this is a Christmas present I had no time to purchase something else. Millbry Hill had good customer service but somewhere down the line a big mistake was made with the delivery address and very rough handling- I presume by DPD. I have marked their rating as acceptable but was rather annoyed and dissapointed by the service in general.

Order should have arrived Monday, got an email to say it would arrive Wednesday due to stock issues. Had an email Wednesday to say arriving Thursday. It didnā€™t turn up. Got the feed Friday in the end but in mean time I had to go and buy what Iā€™d ordered!! Millbry offered me a refund of the Ā£4.99 delivery fee as an apology which I have yet to receive.

Hello Gemma, Im really sorry for the issues you have faced with your delivery. I can confirm that we had your parcel packaged and ready to leave for the order to be with you on the correct date you had requested. Sadly Fed-Ex did not collect the package on time which has then had a knock on effect with your delivery. A refund was processed on the 03.12.2018 for part of the delivery charges to downgrade your order from express to standard shipping. The last part of the shipping was then refunded on the 07.12.2018 once we had received notification from Fed-Ex that your parcel was finally delivered. These funds should be back in your account now. It is very unfortunate that due to a couriers error that your parcel has been delayed, leaving you without the items you needed and it doesnt look great on our behalf either, Which we are really sorry about.
