Very average delivery by todays standards, and to top it off the bag had been cut open across the top and re bagged, too much hassle to return

Delivery was by fed ex and took over a week to arrive Usually when I order from a different supplier it arrives within 1-2 days

Half my order didn't get sent - I had to chase it. The person I spoke to was very helpful but it won't arrive for another 4 days. Not much help when you need to clean out animals. Will have taken over 2 weeks to arrive.

The order was sent out fine (not exactly speedy) but sadly in a ‘Hollings’ pig ear strips’ box. Considering there was a top I ordered for my daughter in there without any wrapping on it I was really surprised Millbry Hill thought this was ok. It’s gross.

We do try to recycle packaging where possible, however agree that this was not appropriate for the item you ordered. Prompt delivery, however the bag of food was damp and split. Would maybe try them again to give them the benefit of the doubt

Hello Tina, Im very sorry to hear you had an issue with your delivery. So we can get a resolution to this for you, Could you please send me over an image of the damage to sales@millbryhill.co.uk. It is most likely that the feed bag has become damaged in transit. Our feed is stored in an internal warehouse so it would not have become damp whilst it was with ourselves, This again is more than likely down to the courier and how they have either left the parcel at your premises or how they have stored it whilst they have had it in their possession. I purchased a voucher and personally I would have preferred receiving it in the post on nice paper. Not in an email. As it was supposed to be a gift it looks a bit cheap.

Hello Daniela, I can confirm that you have purchased an E-Voucher and we do advise that we send this over electronically via email. "Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given. Please ensure you enter a valid email address for the person you wish to send the gift voucher to. the seed I purchased although double bagged was completely open/split open at the top on arrival, almost like it had been put inside the second bag fully open before sending. Compared to another separate bag of seed from elsewhere it seemed underweight; very disappointing

The product I ordered was very overpriced (kune kune pig food). I paid more on delivery to get it quickly as didn't know where to get it from locally. It didn't arrive on the stated day. Which forced me to find the product locally & got exactly the same thing for pounds cheaper. Won't b using this service again.

Really slow delivery. Even allowing for Christmas period - still slow. I got an email to say items would arrive next day between 8am and 6pm (some time after initial order) and none arrived. No response to query on that either. They arrived several more days after that. Really poor considering the store isn’t that far from me and my order was not small.

Ordered 2 horse rugs. Waited over a week for delivery after dispatch. Then only one rug was in the parcel. Called Millbry and they stated that despite taking my money they didn't have any stock of the second rug. Had to request refund. Not happy!

I had to return a pair of boots and it cost me a small fortune so I won't be trying anything else in case it's not right and I need to send it back.

It took over a week to deliver when the bale of readigrass arrived had 4 places stuck up with parcel tape where obviously it was ripped and when opened it didn't smell that lovely sweet smell not stale but not like l usually have. Not impressed.

We advised when you placed your order on the 23.12.2018 that the estimated delivery date would be the 07.01.2019 and you did receive your parcel on the 02.01.2019 Im sorry to hear that the bale had tape over the holes. I did have a problem when I did my last online order. I had forgotten my password so requested a new password. I believe I requested the password change on saturday but did not receive a change password email. As I was trying to buy a sale item that was in short supply I was afraid I would lose the item. I got round the problem by setting up a new account with a different email address so I could place my order but that was a bit of a nuisance. As well as the password email I also tried contacting them by a direct email. Neither email was responded to until monday.

The delivery was efficient. My concern is that I bought a reversible Ariat Gilet which was meant to have a plain outershell with large pockets etc and a check pattern inside without pockets. The item was delivered inside out which I found strange and the reason was clearly that the label was sown to the outershell not the inside!!!
