Fantastic website. Great Store. Brilliant products. Incredibly slow delivery service! Puts me off ordering from here.

As good as any other supplier I guess though rather a long time to wait. Rather disappointed that the rug was delivered by courier company in an open bag, not sealed at all. If there was more than one item in my order it’s possible something could have dropped out. No paperwork included with the delivery either, so what if I had to return it for any reason.

The horse feed I bought was a great price and the service was good. Pity about the delivery charges would have rated a 5 but for them..

The site wasn't the easiest, it would jump from one product to another. Delivery was quick. However the company didn't leave it where I asked. I've found it somewhere else £2 cheaper including delivery

Disappointed again re delivery of goods. Order sent in - and I have had to chase the order up - apparently part of the order was not in stock - BUT no one contacted me to tell me - it has taken over 3 weeks for the order to be complete - and no gives you any follow up. The store at Stokesley were most helpful and explained why I had not received the order. I arranged to collect it from the Stokesley Store.

Millbry Hill good. Packaging excellent. The courier (Fed-Ex) Terrible. Delivery took 10 days. Various incorrect messages including 'wrong address', 'customer not in', 'left a ticket' etc. Address hasn't changed, no 'ticket' was ever left, we waited in for two whole days making sure someone was here for the delivery. Had to source goods locally due to terrible delivery time.

Great items at a great sale price but items arrived creased and badly packaged. A in a lose bag. The shirts were extremely creased and will have to iron them before I give it to my friends as presents. In future I would suggest packing items in a box with bubble wrap etc rather than just throwing everything into a plastic bag with no protection.

I brought an item that was too large cost £4.99 for p&p to return item will cost another £4.99 to reorder will cost another £4.99 nearly £15 all in so ‘discounts’ are a mockery. I’m not risking ordering another size in case that is also unsuitable and needs returning! The order email clearly states free collection so I’m very confused???

I made an order of dog food, which was reasonably priced and arrived promtly. My rating is low because the sachets had been removed from their boxes and thrown, haphazardly, into one postal box. This was not a good way to send 80 sachets of dog food. :-(

Ordered Monday 6pm & paid £9.99 delivery, was delivered 4pm Thursday afternoon. Expected delivery was Wednesday, won’t be caught like that again. Dog food very good, delivery very poor for price of delivery charge I paid.

As you placed your order after the cut off on Monday, your order was then processed and dispatched on the Tuesday. Your estimated delivery date may have been the Wednesday but this is an estimated date and we do advise deliveries may take 1/2 working days. Order received well packaged. Returning goods was a nightmare. So many procedures to return using royal mail. Won't order again.

Very quick to send top but sadly they sent me the wrong colour top, which I have returned. Sent email to them but have heard nothing back,sadly.

Hello Paul, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We dont always have the manufacturers packaging for all items. Some of our clothing is on rails in the store and there for cannot have any manufacturers packaging on it and is there for disposed of. Kind Regards, Laura
For the second time feed bags were ripped and feed leaking. Unfortunately if it happens again we won't be using Millbry Hill again. However, I do realize it's the courier who carelessly handles the goods and not Millbry Hill.
