I ordered the incorrect item and tried to cancel it Five Minutes later, no response so I emailed again the next Day & called.. Was told I have to take the parcel and send back at my own cost!! I am now at home suffering from Coronavirus and cannot send the item back until I am out of isolation, so you have my money and I have an item I do not want.. Terrible service.

I ordered a Barbour scarf and it arrived the first week of December. On your website it shows a teal green scarf, however a dark/forest green scarf has arrived. I would not have ordered if I knew it looked like this. I don’t know whether I was sent the wrong product or your images are misleading?? After sending an email on the 4th of December I am yet to receive a reply regarding a full refund including shipping costs for the return of the product.

Disappointing. Ordered a Barbour hip flask as a birthday present. Delivery on website stated 9th Dec, arrived on 11th. To top it off through wrong item was sent. Also felt very cheap and plastic. Sent back for a refund.

Ordered some wellys and paid a premium for postage to receive on a Saturday. I checked today as received no dispatch notification. I was told I was on a list of customers to be called as the Wellys had vanished from the warehouse. I could tell this was BS. Went back on the website a few hours later and they say they have them in stock. They are purposely taking peoples money to hold when they don't have the stock. No reasonable explanation given, no apology and a rude customer service agent. I wanted to buy wellys from a small British company, big mistake. Please avoid this fraudulent company.

Hello Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can confirm that with all orders, if there is an issue, we always contact the customer to let them know. Whether this be that the stock is damaged, out of date or missing. Sadly there are the odd occasions where the stock cannot be located. We have two large warehouses and five retail stores, so stock can on the odd occasion go missing. This could be for a multitude of reasons. I can reassure you what you have been told is correct, there had been a stock issue with your order which is a shame as we never want to disappoint any of our customers. During the refund process, it will indeed put the item back into stock whilst downloading the refund but the item will then be manually taken back out of stock, which i can confirm has happened. We have no reason what so ever to intentionally take a customers money and to hold onto it and then refund it. We believe that our agent did explain to you that the wellingtons could not be located, she had also apologised to you for this issue. Kind Regards, Millbry Hill
They sold pet food nearly expired date (1 month , we have contact them and they didn’t reply, we opened a case on paypal and they reply one wideout offer a resolution and end up escalating the case. Definitely a company to avoid. Hope that helps

I received a different colour to that ordered and when I questioned this was told that to choose the Jaguar print I needed to press the beige option as there isn’t a Jaguar print option. I’m not sure how a customer is supposed to know that? Also I was under the impression I was buying the Jaguar ones not leopard print so your website is misleading. I feel £4.95 is a lot of postage for a small item sent in a plastic envelope bag. Also delivery took a long time. Finally I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I would definitely not buy again or recommend your service. I also didn’t feel that Lauren’s reply to my query about the tassels was very helpful.

Second time I have ordered dog food going by the picture and details online only to get a different product with unsuitable flavours. Contacted HQ on getting the order and no-one has had the courtesy to reply so very disappointed.

Paid. Dog food not in stock. Not informed. Only told a week later when I chased. I also had to contact a second time to find out what was happening and when it would arrive. Not good. This was a new supplier based on recommendation but will now use old one.

DON’T purchase from this company! They sent me dirty slippers and I had to chase several times for replacements. By the time they responded over a month later they had sold out of the ones I wanted.

‭‭I have ordered bird products from your company more than once. the deliveries of its products arrive in white nylon bags and I ALWAYS received the products (15 or 20kg bags) with the food bags inside broken. I want you to call these products back and pay me back. thanks Ps I have photo your bags broken

I have ordered duck and goose layer pellets previously and found the quality good. However the service for my latest purchase is unsatisfactory. The foul food still hadn't arrived three weeks later. I emailed to find the company they used to deliver their items couldn't find my address, despite delivering there previously. I have since emailed Millbry Hill three times with no response, I have requested a refund since due to the abysmal customer service. I won't be shopping with them again

Order Reference is: 366565 (WEB366565) I paid absolutely fortune for delivery of very light product. Label was stating up to 20kg, but my purchsse was maybe 2kg. I would order more but delivery.was keep going up and up and I was placing my order (even after purchase value of £75 where according to website it should be free). They must be making absolutele fortune on delivery charges... Also once arrived, everything was damp inside, and delivery box was squished, like somebody sat on it or kicked it. And you don't get delivery slot with FedEx so all day at home. I much more prefer dpd who at least gives you time slot. I usually get my stuff from somewhere else but wanted to try out these guys, and quite frankly I do NOT recommend.

Have recently not received an order it seems to have been delivered to the wrong address and nothing has been done to resolve this plus I do not get a reply to my emails. Really poor customer service in sorting this out John

Waited over 2 weeks for order and did not receive item had no response from my email when I sent it, after a phone call I was told I'd get the order within 48 hrs and still nothing then I was told my order had been sent to another customer and did I still want it......I don't think so thankfully I got a full refund quickly sorry but it was dreadful service

I purchased a faulty set of clippers which I returned. I had a tracking number and knew clippers were with company. No reply for several days. I complained. Fullsome apologies and ass urn that new clippers would be with them last Saturday and sent to me fastest possible thereafter. No further communication, no e-mail to say on way, no email, text or message to update me. They have my money, I have nothing but frustration.

I returned I'll fitting boots. Emailed since 3 times. I've got proof they have my boots back. No reply to any email yet still send me feedback request emails and now I'm missing boots (useless) and £95 still getting 'hope your happy' emails. I'll only be happy when my money is returned. I'm going to have to go legal now Avoid. Don't recommend. Poor Comms poor customer service am shocked and out of pocket big time. This was meant to be a present can't give boots can't buy another. Shameful

I bought and paid for a set of Liveryman Element Plus clippers from this company. First thing I did was put on charger but charging light did not come on. Contacted company who agreed to have them returned. /this was done and tracking showed they were received by company Saturday 10th. October. A loud silence followed. I phoned today, 15th October, to ask for update. I was told the person dealing with situation was not available. I ask for a prompt reply but the day has gone and nothing hs been heard. I am extremely upset and annoyed by the whole situation.
