Hi I ordered horse food and when it came was out of date the next day. I emailed Laura to tell her and then was asked if I wanted a refund or a in date food I asked for a in date food and have hear nothing since.very poor customer service.

The day after ordering this coat I sent an email to cancel order as my partner had bought one from elsewhere ( cheaper) I received no reply so phoned the next day and was told the WiFi had been done for a few days but as soon as it was up and running she would contact me, this did not happen, so when I received it I had to return it. That was last Wednesday and not heard anything although I can see it was received.

It took over a month for my click and collect order, I contacted you 4 times within this period to chase my order up before it finally got resolved.

I ordered 2 jackets from Millbury and the fitting wasn’t right so I had to return them both. Highly disappointed I had to pay £12.50 to return the coats. I certainly won’t be buying from them again

I recently bought two bags of chicken food from Millbry Hill. The package arrived badly damaged, and one of the bags had obviously lost quite a lot of its contents. There was a very large hole in one of the bags. I sent photos to the carrier involved. I have now emailed photos of the damage to the package, and an explanation, TWICE to Millbry Hill. They have not responded. They have however sent me two requests to write a review and to rate their service. My rating of Millbry Hill is zero for customer service. I would never recommend them, and will never use them again. Beware of a company which can't be bothered to respond to a genuine complaint.

It will be damaged due to poor handling by the courier. As always, we are more than happy to work with any customer to get a resolution to any issue with their order. I may as well have gone to the shop and picked my goods myself, the assistant (ironically) could not find my goods and seemed quite uninterested when I pointed out some were missing and I was told rudely ‘you have to work with us’ I was offered no help to put my goods into the car. Won’t bother with click and collect again.

The service is good and the product is good. The fact that it has cost me ten pounds to return and repurchase an item that was 'too big' when bought: well this is not good. Please consider customers to have a free returns label otherwise your reductions offered are not reductions when postage has to be taken into account.

Took a number of days to be informed the item was not in stock I was referred to by an incorrect name I emailed back and heard nothing in return I was told the item would be refunded and it took a number of days for the refund to return to my bank Not happy on this occasion unfortunately

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Sent horse feed with a hole in it and was clearly gone off. None of my horses would touch it despite having been on that feed for a year and never had a problem. Phoned up and the women was useless so then emailed with photos almost a month ago and still haven’t heard anything. Terrible customer service. Will not be buying from them again.

The reason we were unable to help you is because you have had this feed for a significant amount of time before reporting this issue to ourselves. We there for cannot confirm if this damage had happened whilst in transit or has been done when you have moved the goods yourself. The horse feed wouldnt be off. All of our feeds have a quick turn around from the date we receive them to dispatch as we are also a wholesalers and we would not dispatch any goods that were either out of date or damaged. Placed an order on the 25th sept, received part of my order didnt not receive my shires wessex saddlepad, contacted them via email, got no response, Opened a paypal dispute, got correspondance they would look into it, so I closed the case! BIG MISTAKE!!!! Still have not received my saddlepad. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN !!!!

I ordered scarves on line. They came in tiny plastic bag all scrunched up. They were Christmas presents but had to iron them before wrapping. Very poor.

Arrived in no cooper & Holland bag, no tags just in a DPD plastic bag. Disgusted as a Christmas present for my daughter. It may well be returned
