“I just received mine today. I ordered 160g 16in deluxe seamless clip in extensions in the off black shade. They feel silky however I noticed they don’t appear as thick as they do on the website or in reviews. They remind me of the old $90-$120 extensions I used to get from Sally’s. I’m going to keep them, as I already bought them & opened the package. But beware they aren’t as thick as you’d think. The Volumizer lace weft also isn’t very thick. I’m not sure if I just got a “bad batch” but you can absolutely get the same quality cheaper somewhere else. I’d upload photos but I can’t right now.”

“Absolute scammers and fraud! I bought my hair extensions for my wedding 3 days before - I ordered the clip in hair and ponytail. On arrival of my package there was only 1 item inside. The label on the envelope stated it was meant to be 1kg but when I weighed it on the scale it was aprx 500g. I sent them an urgent email saying I only had 1 of 2 items. They stated that both had been sent out. I truly believe they made the label with both items on the scale and then took out the clip in pony and only sent one item. The envelope was fully intact with no tampering and well sealed. They were quick to blame the courier provider. At the time DPD was used and the delivery driver is local in the area and a Gent. I honestly believe they had short-changed me and it was an in house robbery, which they failed to acknowledge or investigate further. The aftercare management was so poor I chased up several times to get an update. There was no apology. I had ordered 5/6 items over the wedding month for various family members and sent them proof which they failed to acknowledge. I work for the NHS, £260 is a lot for me. I just want to be reimbursed for the item I genuinely never received. I have literally been robbed. Its heart-breaking to have a sour memory over hair extensions for my wedding. “The hair feels nice quality and it was packaged well however the hair is pretty thin. After reading the reviews on their website, I thought they’d be thick but they just aren’t. My hair in itself isn’t thick, it used to be but I have a health condition which means I’ve been dealing with hair loss since 2017. I wanted to get some of the thickness back so decided to go for these. Like I said, my hair isn’t really that thick, and these extensions are still too thin and don’t blend at all. I bought the thickest ones offered, the quad 265 grams, but they’re just too thin! I thought about buying a second set but the fact is that it’s a struggle for me to even hide the wefts as is since my hair isn’t thick so I don’t think I would be able to disguise a second set at all. The extensions I have now are simply just unusable which is really disappointing as they were a lot of money and after dealing with hair loss for so long, I just wanted to like my hair again. I also find it interesting that I left a similar review on their website over a week ago and it’s still yet to be posted, they must police their website and remove any unsatisfactory reviews.”

“Ordered the 20” 180g seamless clip in set on the last minute before an event and had no chance to check them beforehand so my hairdresser opened them and she did not want to believe these where real human hair. Not sure what gave her the impression or I should have washed them before using, but for her they did not feel real as she uses extensions in her work every day. Unfortunately they did not hold curl either what is very unusual for extensions as I have had plenty creatine bonds before and clip in’s from other brands. Maybe it was just the patch I got. Shade match was amazing and the highlighted blonde colour looked very beautiful.”

“Packaged beautifully, very impressed. Arrived next day quicker than expected and matched my hair colour exactly. Decent quality hair. Haven’t used them yet waiting to have them cut into my style, bought for added fullness but you could easily clip-in and go with these.”

“I have single 16 inch volumiser and cant be happier with it. I sometimes near it dailly and its just so perfect and easy to wear. Also its not possible to recognize thats its and extension, I got lucky with shade match and its 100% same colour I have.”

“I ordered 14inch chocolate clip ins, I was sceptical at first as a lot of the previous clips in I’ve had (from other places) have not been a match colour wise and the clip in part has been too thick. But I love how the colour blends perfectly and so easy to pop in for day use, I will be ordering a second set but longer for occasional wear! Fast delivery, A*Star customer service.”

“Extremely impressed!! I got a quick response, perfect colour match and delivered in less than 24 hours, now that’s top notch service! I recommend the colour match option, they tell you if your pictures are the right quality etc for the perfect match and explain how to get the photo needs. I did not expect the match to be as good as it is as my hair has lots of tones but they are flawless! Highly recommend”
