Would of been zero. All the tapes fell out the same day. Retaped then witch another brand of tape and they have stayed in now. But the time and effort was a total inconvenience

Bought two of the Volumiser Quad Weft Hair Extension and honestly seem so thin and ragged. Wouldn't buy again.

Ordered for Saturday delivery before 9am on Friday at 8:30am. It is now Sunday and I am yet to receive my order and tracking information. I had booked in and payed a deposit for fitting also which I had to cancel and lose my deposit. Really upset

Very worst customer service, even after 10 days I didn’t receive my tracking number. When I ask them then they provide me with a number. 5 to 15 days delivery would come to me on 18th day, and that’s no use of me because I have to fly abroad for over 3 months. No customer satisfaction, very terrible. They don’t have even a solution of a problem. I.e quick dilivery. We have 100% customer service and a solution in Germany 🇩🇪. Would never buy from them again. Terrible

I first saw Milk & Blush after my friend was a model for them. I have then seen their products over tiktok and instagram but I was put off by their very expensive price, however I was assured their company was fantastic. I have been wanting to try clip in extensions for a while. I had a busy weekend coming up with a surprise party and a few TV appearances for work thought I would treat myself to a set of their extensions. I placed an order at 10:40 on Thursday using next day delivery. I received an email the day before with a colour match and they explained I needed to place my order before midday on thursday to ensure I would receive it next day as their offices were closed on Friday. I did this, and received no confirmation. I emailed them chasing this and they ASSURED me my order was being picked, packed and sent off for next day delivery. I paid over £7 for delivery of this product for a reason. I gave them benefit of the doubt and waited for the confirmation, I even waited on the day of delivery for the package to arrive but I got absolutely nothing!!!!! I emailed them straight away chasing this, contacted them on social media and commented on their posts but I had no response. They have continuously posted on social media but ignored my queries - it's just rude. I have emailed multiple times but I have no idea where my parcel is, I'm out of pocket for next day delivery that was never fulfilled too. I am convinced this company just want you to spend over £200 with them and then keep your money and ghost you when you call them out. Unless you're an influencer, they don't care. Avoid them at all costs because I am now without my hair, money and left upset.

I am not happy with the service I recieved. I am disabled and feel that the company demonstrated ableism. I bought the superior seamless hair in brown lowlights and when I recieved it, I was excited to open the box and take a look. I did not see anywhere on the box that says once opened you cannot return. I also have adhd and autism, therefore my impulsivity on buying the product was in hindsight a big mistake. My extensions were very expensive and now of no use to me. I emailed the company and explained that after watching the YouTube tutorials of how to apply the hair, it would be of no use to me. I have many joint disabilities that mean it would be very difficult and painful to apply the extensions. I notice that many of the videos online showing a hairdresser applying the extensions. For a person to independently do this with several disabilities is virtually impossible and would cause significant pain to do so. I explained all this and that I hadn't worn or applied the hair, I had simply realised on opening that they would not be suitable for me. There is no label that clearly states this, only a card that I found after opening the box and a note on the returns label. Most people don't usually read the returns label receipt when they recieve a package, and this was seperate to the box, so only read this when I decided to return the item. The company need to make their products clearer to understand in regards to the return policy. And also not be ableist and not show any understanding around a person's disabilities. I would have liked a refund as £152 was alot of money for a product that I won't be able to use. If they contact me again, I cannot see how they may resolve this as so far their emails have shown no understanding or willingness to offer a refund or even partial refund. Basically they couldn't care less.

It’s been 6 weeks and I still haven’t received my clip ins so I can’t really review other than it sucks I don’t have them yet. (And I’m only writing this because I get a DAILY email asking me to review them….so they are now getting what they ask for)

Ordered clip ins 220grams Jet black 20” Have done some research of course before purchasing and the photos and videos that have been posted by milk + blush hair extensions looked so full and thick and didn’t see one photo where hair looked thin or anything like that, however when arrived earlier they are in fact very thin for 220g as I had real human hair extensions before that were only 200g they genuinely looked way much fuller and thicker that the ones I received from Milk+blush I wish hair extensions companies would stop making their hair look fuller on social media, than what they really are because people pretty much waste their money on things and it’s quite a shame as it’s not cheap Also another bad thing about these extensions is that I really do not think they are all “real” hair as I have curled them twice today and the curl just won’t stay at all, quite disappointed to be fair as I also found white strands in black hair which is clearly plastic Wouldn’t waste your money ! Have also emailed the team and had no response or any help from them At all Quite disappointing !

Absolute scammers and fraud! I bought my hair extensions for my wedding 3 days before - I ordered the clip in hair and ponytail. On arrival of my package there was only 1 item inside. The label on the envelope stated it was meant to be 1kg but when I weighed it on the scale it was aprx 500g. I sent them an urgent email saying I only had 1 of 2 items. They stated that both had been sent out. I truly believe they made the label with both items on the scale and then took out the clip in pony and only sent one item. The envelope was fully intact with no tampering and well sealed. They were quick to blame the courier provider. At the time DPD was used and the delivery driver is local in the area and a Gent. I honestly believe they had short-changed me and it was an in house robbery, which they failed to acknowledge or investigate further. The aftercare management was so poor I chased up several times to get an update. There was no apology. I had ordered 5/6 items over the wedding month for various family members and sent them proof which they failed to acknowledge. I work for the NHS, £260 is a lot for me. I just want to be reimbursed for the item I genuinely never received. I have literally been robbed. Its heart-breaking to have a sour memory over hair extensions for my wedding. Don’t waste your time with next day delivery!!! £7 paid and ordered Wednesday AM - it’s now Sunday and still not arrived , not great when you have an event coming up or especially when you have booked a hair appointment to get them cut and styled ! I’ve always used milk and blush for 10 years even when it was headkandy before, never had a problem until now and my mother in law ordered me these as a gift

Really disappointed, milk and blush have changed the hair extensions. I used to get Parisian dreams but now the sandy highlighted is not as good quality, hair styles don’t stay in and they look cheap.

Very poor quality, way back they was selling the best stuff on the earth. Not anymore. Dont buy there. They have too high prices for what their quality really is.

If I could give these tape hair extensions a minus 10 I would. They do not even deserve a one star I am a professional hairdresser and have been for 8 years I have purchased milk and blush clip in extensions in the past and have always been quite impressed with how they have been, As they were only for special events an evening here and there there is no fault with them. I had thought from a positive experience with their clip ins the new tape extensions they are now selling would be great. Quite the opposite. I ordered 5 packs of tapes that equated to just over £500 I had them installed and after 3 weeks of them being in my hair they turned a different colour. I am normally fully aware as a hairdresser that things maybe impact this happening like going in chlorine water maybe using fake tan ect but I had not carried out any of these things. I also only used high quality salon professional products as I work in a 5 star salon on these extensions. I do not not expect from the experience I have in the hair industry for 100% human hair To do this. I have sent an email to milk and blush and I hope that they will live up to an expectation of good customer service and offer me some sort of compensation. Please avoid these tapes.

Be careful with the colour match! I asked that they colour match my previous set of extensions that were purchased through this company when they were under a different name. After two wrong colour matches they refuse to make it right. I also had to pay $75 in shipping just to send them back the first time after they provided an incorrect match to their own product. I’m now out hundreds of dollars with unusable extensions. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Sad because I really liked my previous set.

I ordered from the website at 11pm on Thursday and paid for Saturday delivery. The monies was taken and email confirmation of delivery for Saturday was received. The item was not delivered. I contacted milk and blush on Monday and I was told the item was on back order and i was told this on the website and in the email confirmation. This was not true. I even asked where it mentioned this and had no reply. To cut a long story short, I am due to loose my hair, and have been wanting my last few months with my hair to be the red colour I’ve thought of having for years, I had a haircut booked and they were going to match my hair to the hair extensions that arrived. I am now not going to have the extensions on time for my appointment and won’t get a colour match as a result. I would be charged to cancel my hair appointment and it will be months for the next appointment, by this time I will have none of my own hair. I have asked for help and milk and blush are not willing to do anything to rectify their mistake and help me apart from offer a 20% discount that is available to everyone. My personal circumstances are not the companies issue of course, however I wanted milk and blush to understand how emotional and upsetting this is. Please do not trust the delivery times or expect any help if things go wrong.

DONT BUY THE TAPES. The hair is stringy, elasticated and melts when you straighten it. The customer service consists of a thousand pre packaged excuses and no intended solution and the quality in no way warrants the price. Go to Amazon - buy there cheapest hair, I promise it will be a quality dupe. In addition, don’t pay for next day delivery, my order took 5 days to arrive. Not. Worth it. At all.

Not good quality! The hair is so thin and like rats tails at the ends and of course you can’t tell this until you’ve got it out the packaging, so unable to return and get refund.

This is because we do not accept returns on orders that have been tampered with, including the hair being cut. You will note that the wefts are not all different lengths, however the hair is not cut with a blunt edge, otherwise this would not mimic natural hair growth 😊 Unfortuatnly as our team cannot identify any quality issues with your order, we are unable to accept a return on this order.
