“Cannot fault the material. Built for comfort and durability. A tiny little downside was that the buttons only had one loop of thread on them so very easy for one to pop as mine did. Having said that five minutes and they were reinforced with thread. All in all great trousers will definitely buy again.”

“I ordered a pair of MilTec gloves from Military 1st. The goods arrived on time but one glove had a tear in it. I contacted Military 1st to ask them to send a replacement pair to me. I spoke to Magda first and then Iwona. Their first response was to offer me 50% credit on the price of purchase so I could pay to get the item repaired myself. I told them that this was a suboptimal response - I required a new pair of gloves - I’m not going to go and get their faulty goods repaired at the expense of my own time. They refused to send a replacement pair of gloves citing Brexit legislating behind this decision which is transparently nonsense to say the least. I was then told that they were giving me a full credit which has yet to be received. Poor products and amateur abilities.”
