“I paid a huge amount for delivery and then BREXIT import tax on top. Many tiles arrived broken or chipped. When I asked for replacements the representative was rude and aggressive. Overall a really unpleasant experience.”

“Delighted with the tiles and the customer service, only a 4star because we bought a lot of tiles and different batches were slightly different in size. Now completed it looks lovely but took a bit longer than it should of and cost me a bit more in labour.”

“I agree with previous review. Some of the tiles we ordered arrived damaged - contacted Milagros and got through to a woman who seemed more annoyed than apologetic. She asked me to send photos of the damaged tiles and said she would then get back to me to arrange replacements. I’ve sent this email twice and had absolutely no response. Tiles were also wonky and not flat. Really poor service and terrible customer experience!!! Avoid !! If anyone is looking for some Mexican tiles I can highly recommend Caoba.co.uk - i have recently placed numerous orders via their website and tile quality is fantastic, orders were also delivered within a couple of days.”

“Terrible customer service. Actually rude over email. The products where packed in such a way that they all sat at the bottom of the box on top of each other and therefore inevitably there where breakages. Very slow to replace the items and I haven’t actually received them yet. I absolutely loved the products and want to buy more but feeling I can’t give more of my money to such a rude and unhelpful company. Never shopped anywhere that I have felt so negative and unhappy about.”

“Wonderful Mexican tiles in a variety of colours and patterns. Surprisingly low prices for an excellent quality product. I am very pleased with my new kitchen tiles.”
