“The guy turned up to the customers house where we was doing a job for and was very rude and arrogant towards me for no reason, moaning about him delivering to a one way street bla bla.. the turf he delivered was really dry and had moss growing in it, we laid it anyway a few days later the customer called to say the turf had gone brown on the edges despite a good watering as recommended by us, I’ve tried to call and contact midland turf by WhatsApp to say the customer wants the rolls replaced and he reads the messages and then blocks me, what kind of joke his this man, his service is absolutely terrible and I wished I’d read the other reviews beforehand, he needs reporting to trading standards”
“I was due a order of turf tonight but it never turned up I rang phill today and he told me he would deliver tonight no phone or txt message to say sorry cant make it so I will never recomend this company to anyone that asks”
I had the an awful experience with these.
I ordered turf and top soil on a Sunday, received an email to say that they would call to confirm my order. I had not heard anything, so I called to ask if they had received it & if they were going to deliver it on my requested date, he said they had received it & he would call me back.
The day before my requested delivery date, I had still not heard back from them, so I called again, they said they were coming but couldn't give an exact time. I waited home all day the following day, by 2pm nothing had arrived, I called to see if they could give an ETA & to make sure they were coming, he said he 'isn't interested in calling the driver to find out a time, it will just turn up'. I said I was waiting home all day & would like a time, He said, fine i will call the driver & get back to you, when I asked if he needed my number to get back to me on & he simply cut me off.
by 6pm nothing had came. They never showed up. They are rude, and disrespectful.
Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.”
