“I wouldn’t even give this website one star. Made an order on 30th August and I am yet to receive it.
I have had no delivery updates what so ever. Sent numerous emails & made several phone calls & it rings out.
Do not order from this website.

“Sacks arrived promptly. Whilst I appreciate that they are meant to look like 'old postal sacks' they design and quality has gone a bit too far! A lot of the print is unreadable. The post mark says 2013 a so hardly a current year from Santa.
They arrived without ribbons, resulting in 2 phone calls to ask for some to be sent - currently waiting on the postman !
I did on my first phone call explain my disappointment at the overall quality along with the missing ribbons - mmm, not a great response from that at all....
I also said that it would be useful for the website to explain that if you are adding personalised names to your order, it would be helpful to know that you can have these in capitals letters. In lower case the names are somewhat lost to say the least. Apparently, the Web designer will be adding this notification. No thanks for pointing this out, just left with disappointing Santa sacks.... Good luck to the rest of you!”

Confusing/Misleading next day delivery option - paying 4.95 for next day delivery and the sack coming 3 days later and was told by the sales team that the next day delivery is actually next day after the product has taken 2 days to make.”
