“The guys always explain things clearly and don't seem to mind saying things twice to ensure customers understand the products. Helpful with repairs and have a great telephone help service available. Enjoy using Micro Plus and will continue to do so.”

“I am a totally non-intuitive computer user, and still believe that, if I touch the wrong thing, something awful will happen. I therefore find myself frequently asking for help, and the staff are so patient and non-judgemental. I am so grateful for their knowledge, patience and ability to explain things in a way even I can understand.”

“I have always found the guys at MICROPLUS computers to be extremely helpful. As a pensioner I would not go anywhere else. I have had two computers and two printers from them over the years. I live more than 30 miles from their sales in Oswestry but do not want to look elsewhere. However, having installed microsoft office on my new computer why did I not receive the disc to take home?”

“The course on windows 8 given by Dan was well structured and suitably pitched for his audience. (we hope his hearing has returned) We are now able to more fully utilise the system but as we go along we are finding other things we would like help with and look forward to future events at micro plus.
