“It took the gents at Microplus 4 mins to put our iPads back to normal, after we spent hours at home till it was well passed bedtime. Brilliant service, and would recommend this company to all who have a technical problem with any kind of computer. Ken & Ellen Cassidy”

“I used to live in north Powys and not too far from Oswestry. I wasa broadcast engineer for 20 year with the BBC and although I am 'into' computers, while I was living in north Powys, I bought all my computers ready built by Micro Plus - very satisfied with their service. I moved to near Llandudno in 2010 and made the mistake of trying to buy kit from a very well known chain PC supplier in Llandudno. Not just me, but also my wife - after all they are only about 3 miles from where we live, so it sort of made sense to go there. Disaster, - several times. I learned a hard lesson. Last year (December 21st 2013) I stormed out of the store after being messed about. I wanted a PC for my disabled son. It was 15:00. I got into my car and headed for Microplus in Maesbury, Oswestry. Got there in time. What a difference. I know from my own professional engineering background that those guys know their stuff and are extremely helpful in that store. They are still my default computing supplier. The next time I want some new computing kit, that is where I will head.”

“I enjoyed a very good relationship with Micro plus until they announced that as windows 7. Was nolonger supported by Micro Soft that I now needed to buy a new lap top. As I can manage with this ipad I don't intend spending more money on what appear to be short life luxuries so there was no point in my continuing paying for there service. I haven't been to them since.”

“My main contact has been with Sam Ellis who sold me my laptop in April this year. He was very polite,friendly and really helpful. When I had a query sometime later again he was polite, friendly and most helpful, and understood my lack of I.T. knowledge. He recommended having some tuition from one of your tutors and hopefully sometime next year when I am able to take the time I shall do this.”

“I have always purchased my computers (and all things computer related) from micro plus. The large suppliers are so impersonal and where micro plus really excel is in after sales care. I had real difficulties with a computer I bought, recently, and the micro plus guys came up trumps and really went the extra mile to sort out the problems. I cannot thank them enough.”

“Microplus have been very helpful right from the Procurement of the leased IT equipment and all new software, understanding the needs of the Council, working with staff and Councillors to get the end product right to suit our requirements. Good after sales service and support contract - always helpful and objective. PS Sorry but this cannot be used as a reference for your business or be posted onto a website - the Council does not agree with this. You can use us as business reference if required where a written reference will be given to any prospective client.”
