“I received someone else’s order of swimwear instead of the Gant jeans I ordered. I then had to return wrong item before the jeans could be sent out even though it was not my mistake. Update : I have since received a written apology and gesture of goodwill. I should say I have used this company several times in the past with no issues at all and think this was a usual occurrence.”

“Took my money and told me the product was posted. Even gave me a tracking number. It then took eight days to tell me that they didn't actually have it in stock. Not the right way to treat a customer.”
