“I have bought from France. Shipping ok, pretty fast BUT tax add on has not been explained to me before purchasing. Total price has increased from 50%. I would never have bought if I knew about the tax cost. So my recommendation: DO NOT BUY from EUROPE and thanks Brexit.”

We can see from your tracking information that we dispatched the order on the 4th and it was attempted to be delivered today by the courier, but they were unsuccessful due to nobody being at the residence. “I've been wanting the Barbour Union Jack biker jacket for some time. In stock and at a great price , further discount by signing up to their newsletter also. Delivered the next day even with the free postage option, perfect jacket in every way. Lovely personalised hand written message on the delivery note as well! Very pleased and would highly recommend their service”

“All over great service, can’t fault the service with urself, a-shame I couldn’t say the same thing about DHL Ireland , after contacting myself in the morning to tell me that my package is going to be delivered that day, they didn’t turn up till the nxt day and didn’t let me know. Wasted a day hanging around. I had to contact them to find out where my package was.”

“The service i received from Libby was just amazing. i ordered a Barbour coat for my partner and needed the next size: Libby sorted the matter with such ease and even got it posted the same day i returned the other one as i needed it for Saturday for his birthday. thank you libby for your help and sorry about he crocs packages in the bag lol.
