“Informative, friendly and professional service. Beautiful quality spas, very reasonable. We’ve been to a few hot tub showrooms, but these guys exceed the rest. Highly recommend and cant wait to get in it!”

“We ordered our hot tub and expected to have a reasonable wait for a delivery date, expecially as we ordered over a bank holiday weekend. However, we received a phone call on bank holiday monday to say they had a delivery date from in as little as two days time! So that was it - ordered and delivered within a week !!! The hot tub is the miami (budget model), but we are enjoying it immensely. The delivery guys were fantastic (Denny and ?? so sorry, I forgot your colleagues name). No fuss whatsoever - delivered, placed exactly where I wanted, and given full details on the use of the chemicals. Cannot have asked for more - excellent service from start to finish.”

“We were so impressed by Miami Spas and Superior Wellness from the beginning and having used our hot tub for 2 months now, I wanted to leave an honest and fair review. This company is excellent, not only in the products they supply but their staff and attention to detail outshone anyone we have purchased from before. It was a dreary day when the team arrived to fit our spa in November and we also received a surprise visit from Amanda and Rachel who were the girls who fulfilled our order online. What a wonderful team, this is how you would want every purchase to be. They were kind, informative, helpful and nothing was a problem. They explained everything thoroughly and a tiny part was missing which was soon dispatched and dealt with. We use our tub every other day , it is a dream escape for us made better by the company who provided it. Thank you so much to everyone. Karl and Carolyn.”

“I always think that the only way to know how good a company actually is, is how they deal with things when something goes wrong. I ordered a spa bath and screen from Miami Spas, there was an issue with missing screen seals. I contacted them and found them whole team to be extremely helpful, truly going above and beyond to sort out the problem, I couldn't have asked for better service! They sent a replacement screen in order to rectify the issue. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company and have already done so to friends.”

“We had George on what’s app we needed help with our daughters spa in Jersey CI Well we must say for a young lad his knowledge was impeccable we would like you all to know he was brilliant, and spoke us through getting our daughters spa back up and running He had the time and the patience to explain and talk us through ThankYou George Regards from Jersey CI Lynne and Tony”

“I was extremely lucky and I won an amazing hot tub from Miami Spas in a competition. I cannot explain how wonderful the hot tub is, it really is amazing and it is just perfect for relaxation especially after a long day at work. The company are really lovely to deal with and were extremely helpful with any queries I had. The delivery guys were really helpful too and I would highly recommend this company. Wonderful people.”

“The guys did a great job delivering the tub, pouring with rain, but just got on with it. Put it where we asked and made some really sensible suggestions around this. Tub talk and chemical tour will get us started, friendly and helpful. Just a couple of small parts missing which the guys are following up for us.”

“Order process made extremely simple, Jordan was very flexible and helpful to make sure our order arrived safely. Delivery went super smoothly despite having a narrow gate opening. Dan 1 and Callum were really friendly and knowledgeable. They removed all the waste and left the tub on our preferred position. I wouldn't ask for better service! Thank you too all At Miami Spas we are really chuffed and love our new tub!”

“Brilliant. Super helpful people. No sales pressure at all and this made the whole process so easy. The spa was delivered on time and they set everything up for us and guided us through how to manage the chemicals etc. Very polite team and we would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“4 hours agoNEW After looking at numerous hot tubs and companies, we decided on the Mandalay Bay model and Miami spas. Cameron was brilliant in answering all our questions and queries and the whole process from ordering to delivery was a breeze. The delivery team were so helpful as the location of the spa wasn't straightforward. I would highly recommend Miami Spas. Our hot tub is fantastic, we love it!”
