“Have been member 5-6 years. And, it's consistently my favourite casino, (online & apps!), apx 85% off the time. Amazing mix of fantastic games. Never to much hassle to withdrawal. Plenty wins and bonuses. Once, even got 4 Jackpots then a wild straight thru the middle! Would highly recommend, and have, many, many times. (People still ask me to recommend a game to them).”

“Requested a withdrawal 4th April now 9th I understand it's bank holiday but it doesn't seem to affect other sites, requested a call back waited 2days phone rang once by time I got to it had stopped can't get back on to chat wrote mutlble emails,no response”

“Terrible unlawful company the gambling commission need to home in hard on companies sucn as mfortoune Made a withdrawal of £102 Sent in documents which had been accepted. To be told no they've not been accepted to they have been accpeted, the withdrawals been processed to the withdrawal hadn't been processed due to weekend even tho i withdrew well before weekend. This company are fraudsters and i hope IBAS strongly come down hard on unfair, unlawful, unprofessional companies such as mfortoune who must be doing this thousands of players on there platforms.”

“The Company has become less user friendly in my view in recent years. Less bonuses, customer services phone times have been curtailed from 24 hours a day to 8am to 8pm. and some games have been withdrawn recently. Recent game additions mean you are compelled to play multiple lines at a minimum of 1p per line. No option to play say one line at 10p, like the older slots. These online slots are said to run on random number generators. Whilst this is probably true to an extent, my experience on being a member for 11 years is that algorithms determine whether a particular slot is on low payout or generous payout. There will be regular occasions when any given slot can take in £10 to £15 without any winning line, on for example 10p a spin. Today I had enough and closed my account. They wanted me to do a video of myself for ID purposes, holding documents proving my DOB, this having used the same debit card for years for both deposits and withdrawals. I told them I’m not demeaning myself for £10 by sending such documentation and told them to keep the money. So that’s it, I’m done. Also beware of intrusive questionnaires when they think you are spending too money or spending too much time on there. This is a company that makes money from gambling, but they’ll pretend to be concerned if they think you are over spending. It’s hypocritical and patronising. There are tools on the app to control your spending or time on the site. It won’t make any difference, they’ll still stalk you. Customer services are helpful, but they read scripts and can appear patronising. The slots are fair in my view, and good wins can be achieved, but be prepared for bad days. Gary Chapman.”

“DONT USE THIEVES This is the worst site I’ve ever dealt with, I accept they require proof of certain things like all sites. But this is their response to me after 3 months of trying to withdraw £300. • Proof of yourself holding the card provided. For the proof of your card that has been requested, we would also need an image showing yourself holding the same document provided. In the picture we would need to clearly see your face and be able to read the details of the same card you provide. • Proof of the £300 deposit made on 29/12/22. For a bank statement of your recent transactions, we would require an image showing the recent deposits you made with your card. In this picture we would need to see the bank logo on the statement, the date, amount, our casino name in the transaction, and the last 4 digits of the card number used to match the one on your account. • A short video (15 seconds) of yourself holding the proof of your date of birth is required. We would need to clearly see your face and the details of the same document provided. So if you want to do selfies and videos of yourself which is an absolute joke then be my guest. Steer clear much better genuine sites out there. They changed their minds on proof several times with me, each time I give them what they requested they want something else. Thieves absolute thieves”
