“Excellent service on every interaction, I had a urgent licence requirement at one of our sites, Alex swooped in like a superhero and not only swiftly resolved the issue for us he also contacted Cisco to ensure no disruption was experienced, I cannot recommend this company highly enough, Superb staff and fast responsive service, Simply the best support I have experienced in a long career in IT Well done Alex and much appreciated”

“Very helpful. I made a mistake purchasing an incorrect device license. A day later it was corrected. I paid a very small difference, I guess within your 14 days under UK law this had to be done. 2 days later the license was accepted on the Meraki Dashboard, happy days. TP appears to not be applicable for this kind of product with two non related questions.”
