“I don’t usually leave a review when I have returned something but I felt that the way my return and refund was handled was excellent. I ordered a large mirror which when it arrived did not match the colour I had expected. Customer service were very helpful, very quick to respond by email, and happy to organise a free return. There was also a human to talk to at the end of the phone and my email was responded to the next day. The large mirror was collected by courier with a two hour time slot. My refund was received within 3 days. This company is working hard at customer service and deserves praise when often it is so difficult to get through to people with a problem.”

“The mirror does not WORTH the money . I wouldn't pay even £50 for such a poor quality. The mirror doesn't have any back protection, it's just a sheed of mirror and the frame glued together. Horrible. If i knew i wouldn't buy it . But in the pictures doesn't show how poor is made”

“I have to wait over 2 months for items to be delivered. The date has been move twice. When driver try to deliver the item and I rang him back he never answered and now need to wait for redelivery another 2 weeks. This is not satisfactory needing to wait for items over 2 months each time. Will not be ordering again”

“My experience with Melody Maison was horrendous - if you’re not in the UK my advice would be not to buy from this shop as their service is v poor - I’ve being waiting six weeks for something I ordered early in December and following ongoing communication from my side I had to pay an additional 90€ even though I paid over 130 for delivery when I made the purchase ? Really bad customer experience - will not be recommending”

“This is a fabulous little business, their customer service is to be commendered as one of the best I have come across. You can call them and ask anything and are happy to help. “The items which i bought 3 wrought iron buckets in graduated sizes are so beautiful and oozes class. I am so delighted to have them and just look fabulous. Great value for such wonderful items . Will buy again when the special item i need will come from Melody Maison”

“I ordered 3 beautiful mirrors for my hallway, they arrived in quick time and were lovely. Although the mirrors were not suitable for my space, the customer service from this company has been 2nd to none. I was able to chat to someone straight away on their chat service. Out of hours emails were answered and I was kept up to date on them dealing with my request to return. I was amazed to hear I could return free of charge as they would send a currier. This was amazing service. I just waited in for a few hours and they were returned and money refunded once they received them back at their warehouse. Couldn't recommend therm enough. I will be returning. Many other bigger companies could learn a lesson from this family business putting customers 1st and going the extra mile to please. Great way to treat a customer and ensure they return.”
