“I placed an order on 15th June and got a confirming email but have not received the goods. I see now that the website is not working so perhaps they have gone bust? I'm glad it was only a small order as a test as I was thinking of doing quite a big order.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. This outfit is obviously fake, sadly I didn't read these reviews before I ordered - I've had exactly the same experience as many people here, an order confirmation but no details. No response to phone calls or emails, no delivery information. Someone is obviously there though, taking the money. They are clearly THIEVES. I shall report these thieves to the police.”

“Horrible, fake company. I will be reporting them too. I still haven't got my money back from my bank....no products either. I never believed that there are still companies like these, which are stilling money from customers...unbelieveble!!! Hope they are buying medicins from all of the money stolen...”

“I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. Placed order on 25th May 2019, it's now 12th June and no sign of the goods. Have tried contacting via online form and no response. Tried ringing and a pre-taped message tells you there is no-one to answer your call and you are not allowed to leave a message. I'll have to claim the money for the order back from my bank. I WILL be reporting this company to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service (you can't now contact Trading Standards directly and have to do so via this organization) and so must everyone else who has a bad experience - if we don't tell the authorities they won't know to shut them down or prosecute.”

“Do not order from these people .They take your money but do not send goods,you cannot get in touch with them .I have tried several times with no success .Stay clear .You would think by now all the complaints they would be removed .”

“Goods not delivered. Tried to contact by phone on various days and times and always got an answer phone telling me to call again later. Tried via email using the online contact form and received no response. Shocking service.”

“Took payment and never delivered order going to report them and contact my bank for refund. Tried to email and phone but no answer to emails and when I phoned voice recording saying no one can take your call and you can't leave a message.”

“Thinking about buying from this company but was concerned that their payment page was not secure for my credit card details. Looked to find reviews and they are anything but positive. Most claim not to have received any delivery of any kind and no communication. When people try to contact them it goes to dead links or to a number that is never answered and has no way to leave a message. All in all it seems that many of the positive reviews on this site are likely to be by the owners as nobody seems to be receiving their items and are having to use their banks or credit card companies to retrieve a refund.....as it does not appear to be forthcoming from the trading company. other reviews for this company are at this Trustpilot review site. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/megadepot.co.uk I hope others like me found the time to review this company before placing an order....hopefully saved themselves a lot of time, money and bother”

“If they take your money and don't deliver or communicate.....is that, or is it not, THEFT? My experience: * I paid £65 for a blood pressure monitor 14 days ago: delivery promised in 2-5 days. * I had a confirmatory email with an order no. (but no product details, as are supplied by most online traders). * No delivery or communications since then, despite strenuous efforts on my part. * A dead 'contact us' link in this single email and other dead links on the website. * A website promising 'best online shop' 'convenience' 'excellent service' * A phone number with an always-on answerphone that does not accept a message and yet invites you to call back later to repeat the experience * A webform to 'contact us' which promises a response within 24hr. * No reply to any of a daily series of messages sent through this webform. MegaDepot and linked company Online Depot Ltd are owned by Mihir Solanki and Tushar Shah and are based in a unit on an industrial estate in Watford. https://suite.endole.co.uk/explorer/postcode/wd24-4pp How to interpret all this? These two may just have terrible interpersonal skills and customer service, or it may be worse - they may believe that lies and theft are acceptable behaviour. So, if you have yet to spend money at MegaDepot, count to 10 and seriously consider these facts BEFORE clicking 'OK'. And check Trustpilot too, where my negative review was one among loads of others with similar unhappy stories. Megadepot pays for hosting of these comments here, so you can be less certain of the independence of all of them.”

“Horrendous service. Never replied to emails. Used an awful courier service called Hermes who were impossible to reach. No local depot to collect parcels. No contact details left on the card to rearrange delivery. All in all, a heinous experience and one which I would not wish to go through again.”
