“My order was delivered in a damaged parcel bag and part of the order had been removed by unknown persons before handling by Royal Mail. I contacted Mega-Nutrition and provided photographic evidence for the damaged parcel. Mega-Nutrition immediately re-sent the order in full and an apology for the inconvenience caused. I am completely satisfied with their service.”

“I ordered my product and it came with broken inner seal . 1* for this and OVERDUE DELIVERY 5***** Immediately after I contacted them Kharl replaced the product and I received it with the next day delivery. Very good costumer service and the product is new to me so I am observing how it works. It's a German product and I was really happy to get the best from it.”
