1.I had asked Lawrence for 6 strips for each table. Only one in room. Fortunately we had brought some with us. 2. Screen didn't work. Therefore our delegates had to wait around. 3. paying the parking took everyone about 15 minutes and was expensive. 4. Very fortunate we had an unflappable lecturer or the screen debacle could have been a disaster. I think we should receive a discount.

The room was as expected. We had made a specific request for an extension lead but that wasn't available. We also ordered lunch which was brought in in pizza boxes and unceremoniously dumped on the table. No-one came in to collect the rubbish and so it was there all afternoon.

The concept is great - book a room or office facilities as needed. Sadly our experience was mixed; the lady on reception was a temp who had just started ... she didn’t know WiFi access details or even where the toilets were ... so not a great welcome. Was also somewhat disappointed to find ourselves in a meeting room in the basement with no windows. On a plus side the coffee was good and the machine worked. On the downside there were only two cups of decaf coffee, one pack of biscuits each and no spare cups to switch preferences from coffee to tea partway through the morning. Recommendation ... arrive early and get everything sorted with the concierge before your guests arrive!

First time I've noticed noise from adjoining rooms. Team responded quickly but unfortunately alternative (quieter) room was not of usual standard of rooms. Had to chase refreshments refresh previously agreed via email, delaying start of afternoon interviews. Not as pleased as usual.

Messy reception area with parcels and junk on view behind desk, meeting room locked on arrival, wifi code not in room so had to use the one next door, basement room with lack of air/light. Staff friendly though.

We have usually booked a room with you at the Bank rooms behind the London exchange. We have found this room excellent and very well located. Our most recent experience was not so good. We were at your Aldgate offices this time and the room was accessed through a lunch room which was excessively noisy. Closing the door made no difference and we were unable to conduct a critical conference call. Very disappointing.

I booked two meeting rooms on two separate days at Cheapside and found the experience pretty unsatisfactory. On both occasions the rooms were not available for occupancy at the specified times and the meetings had to consequently start significantly behind schedule. In neither case was the room available in advance in order for the meeting organiser to make pre-meeting preparations, as advertised. The rooms offered for the meeting (of 6 people) were found to be of inadequte size for a comfortable meeting. In the case of the second meeting, the best part of the first hour (of a half-day meeting) was wasted because onsite staff were unable to give access to a working presentation screen. Eventually, they organised for our party to move to another meeting room and hold the meeting there. This was helpful given the screen in the first room was not operational - but again cause more upheaval and ate into the available time for the meeting. It could all be better.

The receptionist had me waiting by the front desk while she finished chatting on her phone. She had trouble finding me and when I asked if my guest had arrived she didnt have any idea. I met my client as he approached me from the back to introduce himself. Awful!
