Item was correct when it eventually arrived but almost 4 weeks is an unreasonable amount of time for delivery. It wasn't the courier's fault - it just took weeks for Medirite to dispatch it. I would not recommend this company.

We're sorry to hear that there was a long delay with your order. Looking at the order I can see that unfortunately this item was out of stock at the time of order. This would have been advised at the time on our website. Our warehouse team dispatched this order as soon as the items were received from our supplier. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Extremely expensive delivery fee. I wanted to order more but it works out too expensive. Will be using amazon instead.

We have no issues with Medirite as they have supplied exactly what we wanted. However, their choice of courier leaves a lot to be desired. The box arrived in a very bad state. I have emailed Medirite about this issue. Also, we are at a loss to understand why these items used for disabled people is not VAT Exempt.

We're sorry to see that your box arrived damaged by the carrier. I can see our Customer Service team have discussed this issue with you. They have escalated the issue to our Operations Director who is looking into the issue with the carrier and is reviewing our packaging. I'm very glad to hear that your items inside the box were undamaged. We are guided by the Government as to which items are eligible for VAT exemption, I'm afraid this is not a decision we can make.

Good price and quick delivery. The sanisafe 3 tubs could do with putting in a protective box as one out of the eight arrived split. Luckily I had kept an old tub.

Very happy with the speed of service… The order was delivered very quickly. There was a problem however, due to the way that the couriers had handled the delivery. The problem was very quickly resolved by Molly, and we will be extremely happy to Continue using Medirite in the future. Thanks again for the wonderful service.!

The problem may not be down to Medirite themselves but certainly down to the process or method of delivery, unfortunately, as Medirite takes responsibility for ensuring the product reaches the customer in good condition and promptly and given the fact that I as the customer has paid for that service in my opinion any blame must fall with them. The packaging was quite badly damaged and ripped open, apart from crush damage to one of the inside boxes the rest of the order was still in a reasonable state. Once the order was placed there were no updates when the item was dispatched or any notification of when the delivery was due to take place.

Unfortunately, one of the two boxes of Deepio we ordered was split and the contents had escaped into the cardboard box that had no packing! As the delivery man carried it up the drive he left a trail of Deepio powder! I don't know how much was lost as I didn't weigh it, I just tipped what was left of the loose powder into a plastic container. Cannot recommend Medirite, sorry!
