“Terrible service. I have had a support ticket open for over a week now - they initially tried to solve my issue but then ignored all my replies. The SMS PLUGIN for BOOKING CALENDAR DOES not work correctly or in the correct timezone - so if you are anywhere other than GMT you can expect your SMS reminders to go out at stoopid o'clock like 2am 3am 4am ... they might not even go out at all! and the shortcode that grabs info from the booking cal sends incorrect information. it's rubbish.”

Hi there. Thanks for your feedback, I'm really sorry to hear this issue hasn't been resolved for you. I can see your ticket is currently with our technical team and they are working on a fix for this plugin's scheduler. It is a large fix and unfortunately will take some time to implement, but they are working to get this done as soon as possible. “Clockwork on my woo commerce website refuses to send admin texts notifying me of new orders. (Twilio works perfectly BTW) Since it wont work for me I cannot use this software and requested a refund of my amount paid to the account. That request has been ignored.”

“I'm using Clockwork in connection with HamAlert, a utility that alerts me when interesting new countries or specific amateur callsigns are spotted on the amateur radio spotting network. This is very handy and helps me keeping track of when rare entities are spotted, or simply when one of my friends in other countries are active so I can seek them up on the air.
