“This place has the worst customer service . Spoke to a manager named derren and a person named Erin . Erin was so rude hang up the phone on me soon as she knew it was me . I ordered a product and have been waiting 3 weeks now . And still haven't received it . Then they send me the wrong item . This is the worst place ever”

“DONT NOT ORDER FROM HERE , BAD BAD SERVICE hate this place the service is rubbish . I ordered a heat press hotronix stahls for £2500 when the delivery finally came i opened up the box to find they sent me a cheaper version worth £900 ? Daylight robbery . Now i have to wait for the item to be picked up checked and then sent out the right item again . So added another week and a half of delays . And had to cheek to not resolve there mistake . I hate this place with passion”

“purchased 5 carton of sublimation mug AAA rated dye sublimation mugs arrived after 5 day although it was next day. and the received mugs the are not white the gray and when called to send the back received the rude reply do not recommend MDP Supplies”

“I've been buying vinyl and it's been excellent with very quick shipping (in some cases quicker than stated and has turned up before it was due - Saturday rather than the Monday). Just ordered some HTV and T-shirts, looks good but not tried it yet (previously used the sample packs on a cotton bib and it looked fab).”

“Been using MDP for years , excellent range & prices & always trouble free. Today i received an order that was incorrect (picking error & 1st time this has happened) a quick email & phone call and the problem was instantly rectified with minimal fuss. I highly recommend this company.”

“Love these guys, always get my order to me quickly and on the rare occasion they make a mistake they are super quick at resolving it. I use them a lot for my business and can't fault them. I buy all my clothing vinyl from them and it's always good quality.”

“I would not recommend MDP Supplies to anyone, i have been using them for a long time and have had an issue with the red Flex coming off garments after 1 wash. To be told today it is my own fault as i have not pressed it for long enough 12 secs is what they say which it would not stick using that time, i upped the time to 15 seconds and it stuck. Then i get told my pressure is not right it needs a higher pressure but Medium pressure is what they say to use. Now i am getting told i have over heated the items as they have not left any trace of the HTV when it peeled off. So we have gone from its a press time issue to a heat issue and now a pressure issue full of excuses. I have never had any problems with there items before now. I have told them i will never use them again to be told that's fine GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ERIN LANE AT MDP !!!!”

“MDP is a great company. Their clothing range is limited but their main product is transfer vinyl which they always have in stock. Next day delivery often come on-time depending on the courier you choose and if an item is missing it will come the next day. Very professional service and the staff is very friendly and happy to help with any inquiries.”

“I’ve been working with MDP supplies for over a year now. On Friday the 16th of November i placed my usuall order to be delivered the next working day. DPD stated they coudln’t deliver on Monday as they couldn’t find the building. On Tuesday they delivered 1 of the 2 parcels they were supposed to, so i raised the issue with MDP supplies, who told me ‘we are unable to help and we’re not liable for you receiving your order, as we state on our website’. After having spent thousand of pounds on supplies from them, i find the customer service and experience attrocious. I explained my situation and that i need to send orders worth £1000 by Tuesday evening and the answer was well we can only apologise, we can’t organise the delivery for today (it’s still midday by the way...). The lady on the phone was very unhelpful and was not empathetic about my situation nor did she offer any sort of compensation, given the delivery is 2 days delayed and i’ll be incurring a loss of £1000 because of this mistake. Deeply disappointed. Would not recommend MDP supplies again to any of the suppliers i work with and i will personally stop ordering from them as well. If you need vinyl or any Sillhouette supplies i highly recommend ebay suppliers. I have found a few that are actually a lot cheaper than MDP supplies and at least there you’re safe with Ebay protection as well!”
