“Great service! There was an issue with a package that was held up by the US postal service over the holiday and even though it was technically NOT their problem...they had shipped the item quickly... their customer service department did everything they could to help and tracked down the package for me. I really appreciated the extra effort.”

“I have bought a Wooden Flute and two Tin Whistles from McNeela Music, all of which sound better than anything than I have ever played, however the most outstanding thing was the customer service. Twice I have reached out via email and received a very helpful reply from a real person within about 4 hours! The quality of the customer service makes me want to buy more instruments from them in the future.”

“Dealing with McNeela you know you are dealing with people who love what they are doing, rather than faceless office workers (or worse robotic programmes). That enthusiasm comes across in their videos and also in the personal touch they offer if you need to enquire about a product. I bought one of their wonderful "Wild" Whistles recently and it arrived in Catalunya (despite the Covid Crisis) just a few days after ordering it. I couldn't be more pleased with the product or the service offered. Fully recommend this company.”
