“I recently had an issue with a rosewood bodhran I purchased from McNeela Music. I provided pictures showing the problem and McNeela Music replaced my 15" bodhran no questions asked and shipped it to my home in Maryland USA at no cost and I received it in 4 days. Their response was quick and got me back playing in a matter of a few days. McNeela Music stands behind their instruments and ensures your satisfaction. A great organization.”

“The concertina I received had a problem- the reeds on one of the buttons were reversed. I returned it and the Problem was swiftly sorted and the instrument returned. Excellent service and very pleasant people to deal with, I have too little experience to be able to offer a meaningful opinion on the quality of the instrument.”

“McNeela Music is a 5-star service and so helpful. Very much last minute, I wanted to buy and send some tin whistles to a friend for his birthday. McNeela's posted them for me super fast that day of purchase and he had them the next day, on his birthday, during the early days of the pandemic, when we all needed cheering up. They certainly cheered him up no end, and me. Thanks so much- the personal touch and quality of instruments is what I'd definitely come back for. It didn't matter that it wasn't a high-value product, the encounter was treated with the same care as a higher value purchase.”

“All my recent instruments & my wife's musical instruments have been purchased from McNeela. Considering most were purchased over the lockdown period (we didn't purchase them because of the lockdown) The service from Paraic, Miriam & Aaron was superb. So far we've bought A wooden D Flute, A Swan Concertina, A Wren Melodeon, Then Tuneable Tony Dixon whistles. "Low D", "C" ,"D" & an "A" Currently on order and on its way is a Tony Dixon Tuneable "Bb" All the advice, communications etc are flawless with the McNeela team. The website is easy to use, and if you have any queries one of the good people at McNeela will be happy to help/advise Finally their blog & the e mails with various videos etc are brilliant Not much else to add other than "Thanks" to McNeela for their excellence & friendly service True Irish......”
