“Great shipping. Excellent packaging and great padding to protect my new swan. I’m very pleased with the performance of my concertina and I’m very glad I purchased the McNeela swan. Only one minor aesthetic problem. Which although I paid $1,100 for my swan I never considered this would be my only complaint. One of the chromed(?) side plates on the air button side is not as finely done as the left side plate. It appears the plating is very thin and not as well polished. I would like to purchase another one in well done condition so my concertina looks as good as it sounds. Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks. Jim Casey”

“I bought a whistle for my husband as a gift. He loves it and it's so nice that they're made in Ireland. It came with a hard plastic case that's nice to keep it clean. We're really happy and would recommend. Thank you from Canada!”
