“Across an ocean and cultures, I was able to get my point across and questions answered regarding my bodhrán (14", deep) before purchasing. Others' recommendations for McNeela proved true. I wasn't expecting the crossbar to be as far away from the backside of the head, but I think I may be alone in that assessment. Quality product!”

“Excellent quality products and customer service. I feel confident buying from McNeela Music. There are plenty of music stores in the U.S., but I like the reliability that I get from McNeela. I know that the instruments I buy from them are high quality (so I don't have to worry about returns or replacement months later) and ready to use. The sound I hear on their videos is the same sound I receive when the instrument arrives in the mail.”

“VERY good service, & instruments! They answered the questions I asked before buying so I got just what I wanted/needed. Down below I'm rating 3-6 hours for email reply time; but I live @6-8 hours away! so if THEY respond immediately, I usually get it under 2 hours, but if I send something late at night my time... they don't get it until their next morning! but they reply PDQ!”
