“Over the last year or so I have bought quite a few items from McNeela Music--bodhran, bodhran stand, assorted beaters, cheaters spoons and a bodhran microphone. I have been extremely happy with all my purchases, both the quality of everything and customer relations. “I'm happy I went with McNeela Music. I had a few questions about the purchasing process and Aaron responded immediately. I went ahead and purchased the Pheonix concertina and it arrived at my home in Vancouver WA within a week. Nice! I then took the provided video lessons with Caitlin (3 basic, 2 intermediate) and found them to be awesome! I was playing a tune on the first day. A week into it now and I'm playing a few reels. All in all, this is an easy process, a great instrument, and an opportunity to get started on the right foot with great lessons. Again, I'm very pleased the experience I had with McNeela Music.”

“I was impressed with the prompt attention to my concertina order. I was concerned that the packaging might be a concern, but the case was very well packed. I also appreciated the 3 free lessons. The young lady has a gift for teaching. Having taught for 25 years, I pay attention to how a good presenter adds to the product.”

“I ordered my instrument on the black Friday sale 2019. It took 7 days for the delivery (Germany), exactly as promised. The Flute came in a nice casing, which protects it perfectly. The instrument itself is perfect! Excellent workmanship. It sounds beautifully, very sonor, good loudness, nice breathy tone. Really like it :) Thank you.”

“The concertina is a Christmas gift for my 88 year old mother. She has played an accordion from the time she was a young girl. Her accordion is now to heavy for her to hold and my son had the idea to get her a concertina. We are so excited to see her open it and hear her play on Christmas day. We thank you for your great service, not only with a quick delivery but also on following up. High quality costumer service is rare this day and age but is truly appreciated and is the mark of people that stand by their product.”

“Had a question about a concertina, the Wren 2, I was interested in which was answered swiftly and helpfully. Bought the item at a great price and was delighted to see that McNeela Music takes no chances in shipping: extremely thorough wrapping, and the concertina was in excellent shape. Played beautifully on first try at playing it, just as promised. Will definitely be doing business with McNeela Music again in the future.”
