“Well, I only have good things to say about "McNeela Music". All the purchaces I have done, over the years, have been really good. I have bought bodhrán bags and thin wistles, etc. This last time I bought the rosewook 16'' deep rim performance Bodhrán set. I'm a professional musician for over 30 years, specialized in percussion instruments and playing specificaly the Bodhrán for like 22 years I think. Fantastic instrument, really good sound, the softness of the skin is amazing, the craftmanship is again, amazing! The beaters that come with the set are also very good. What can I say? “I am in no way a musician, but have long wanted to try a Bodhran. Black Friday gave me the opportunity to get one. The McNeela web site was and is very helpful, and I ordered one, and I was kept informed about delivery until it arrived. I have been impressed with what followed: I expected a drum, but have found myself invited into the world of Irish Music, with followup e-mails offering tips on learning and encouragment, plus links to follow to learn more about the different aspects of it. Mc Neela does not just want to sell you an instrument. He wants to sell you IRISH MUSIC.”
