Well I don't know who I'm insured with I've had no documents had no emails from who I'm supposed to be insured with nothing about monthly payments absolutely nothing

Took out a policy for 12months paying monthly as I always have. Cancelled after 5months due to the sale of my bike and only way to cancel was to pay full outstanding amount! Never had this before with any insurer, absolute rip off, taking cash for a service which is not being used.

Money eaters, just refused twice time's to insure my 50cc, since I had every right to get. Even they send me to a different insure company, yet I just wanted to use my moped to travel to my jobplace, or shopping. Do not deal with them if you are not british!

Initially unable to provide cover for an electric motorcycle. It was only after I wrote to the editor of MCN that I was offered cover. Even then Β£350 for 1000 miles per year seemed rather expensive.

Thieves you took money and never took my instructions dues to cover vid my insurance was cancelled took it out again you said my no claims is more than 2 years old COVID has been about for two years you pricks

Miserable. Quote was Β£75 approx. I made a mistake ref NCB 1 year instead of 3. Price doubled. The promised refund never happened. Some years ago because I had 3 car accidents NONE of which were my fault I became a liability. HOW THE HELL DOES HAPPEN? So I lost all my NCB through no fault of mine. When are insurance providers going to stop using any sly underhand moved to get a few quid more out of us. I will not be insuring with your company ever again, and will warn everybody of sneaky tricks.

Checked site after reading 94% of customers make a saving. All but one of my quotes from this site came in over Β£1800 compared to other comparison sites which were under Β£200. Can not understand how but will avoid.

Very annoyed did a quote going to accept couldn’t authorise payment so I went somewhere else then without consent they took the payment I cancelled straight away and sent several Emails not one response I now have to do a credit card claim for taking money fraudulently Never use them again

Having been involved in a frightening accident the experience of going through the insurance questions wasn't ever going to be fun. MCN had a very autonomic process and didn't show much sympathy or understanding of all of the circumstances. I was asked several times to identify the other driver or their vehicle, despite telling them several times I didn't have information like this as I was knocked onto the road then in an ambulance. I had to re[et many basic details about the rights my licence entitles me to in relation to the vehicle I was driving, and the engine size and capacity and fuel - I have an electric moped so that's all irrelevant. The call took 45 minutes and I felt frustrated and left without much confidence in the quality of the process going forward. They seemed quite robotic and it was difficult to make my circumstances clear in terms of feeling shaken and upset as well as physically hurt.

Absolute nightmare. Insurance recommended, worst ever customer service I’ve experienced. Spent over 2 hrs on phone over 3 days.

Waste of time. Ring a few insurers instead and get a price. MCN compare failed to correctly send across the information I entered and caused me to ultimately have to cancel my policy and lose ££££’s. Beware!!!!!
