“Good Quality Products for Good Prices - communication wasn't bad was able to get hold of someone quickly when I called and my questions were dealt with quickly, items were dispatched and I was expecting them the next day only to find out that only one of the items had been dispatched because of an issue and the courier didn't want to deliver 1 of 5 items, all 5 items were delivered the next day which was good.”

“Ordered some paint at 6pm on Feb l2th but there was still no sign of it by Feb 19th. I was just about to ring asking what had happened to my order when I received an email from Maxwell's Customer Service to say my order had been "damaged in transit." I wasn't happy but to their credit Customer Service contacted me and were very apologetic and promised a replacement by Feb 23rd. It put my decoration decoration plans back a bit but I was happy to wait. Let's hope my order shows up by the promised date.”

“Maxwells end was excellent but the carrier, (DHS) gave poor updates. We were informed of the dispatch of our order by the carrier at 8.01a.m. The product arrived at 7.15 p.m. with no updates available in tracking the product from early afternoon. Had the carrier been better, a five star review would have been given.”

“Very easy procedure. Great that I could order items no longer available in-store, which was a bonus. I realise I ordered towards the end of the week, but it would have been great if delivery could have been just a bit earlier (I had to wait until Monday) but nevertheless will order on-line again.”
