“The initial order and delivery was organised very quickly. Unfortunately not all the items were delivered and one fence panel had missing staves. However, once this was reported to Maxwells the service I received and subsequent rectification were excellent.”

“I am very happy with the items that I had purchased and the condition that they arrived in. But I am not happy with delivery. On the dispatch note/invoice, I had stated the billing address and the address where I wanted the items delivered to. The parcel was delivered to 39 Oxford Street, Widnes and I did not want this going to this address. The occupant at this address, did know whose the parcel was. I went to this address to collect the parcel and luckily the person was in and I had received this. I found out about the incorrect delivery address, when I had received a confirmation email stating where the parcel had been delivered. It will not affect my custom with you, but if I do purchase anymore items from you, be more careful with regards to the delivery address.”

“Our fence arrived safely,delivered by a very pleasant young man ! We have bought from you before ,so were happy to buy again It arrived the morning after we were expecting it ,but we realise it had a long way to come,so were able to track it. Many thanks for a good service”

“Arrived when expected. 2 wooden palisade gates, good quality. One palisade was loose at one end, that could have been down to how they were handled when being transported but it was easy to fix. Maybe bubble wrap would have been better instead of thin plastic to wrap them. All in all though ok for a first purchase.”
