Need to speak to a someone who can help me with a query about my tv, all I get is music even though I rang at 9.00am, poor customer service, please employ someone to answer phone calls.j

My Samsung TV developed a problem after a few weeks. Samsung quickly established that there was fault and I was informed that I would be contacted by Martin Dawes to rectify the problem. I was contacted by Claire from MD within hours and she arranged for my TV to be picked up 3 days later. It was picked up, as scheduled. 3 days later I spoke to Claire who told me it needed a new screen, which had been ordered. MD received the new screen and re-assembled my TV 2 days later. It was delivered to me shortly before Christmas , as Claire had assured me that they would try to do. MD have been excellent and the two personnel, John (1) who picked up and John (2) who delivered my TV. Claire, to whom I spoke a number of times, has also been superb. I bought a tv off Martin Dawes website that said 3 to 5 days delivery, just rang to see where it is and was told you don't have and don't know when you will. Not illegal but still mis-selling, lost out on a discount window because I was scammed by you for something I needed urgently.

Made assurances on the phone that I would not be charged £99 for them just to turn up and write off my TV. Then did exactly that. Said they could not get a new screen but did not know until they had it in the repair shop that those screens are not available. 100% a lie, they could easily have known from the serial number. Do not pay up front for any repairs with these rip off merchants.

They sent me the wrong tv, I returned upon delivery. Because they haven’t received the tv, I’m being accused of being fraudulent. Why would I accept a Phillips when I ordered a samsung. I’ve lost out on £400

Ronnie ( Martin Dawes Saltcoats) replaced my faulty Samsung TV screen. Kept me informed as to their ETA, was polite and professional. Repair carried out with the minimum of fuss. Excellent Service. Regards M McLeish

Despite my appliance having no Serial Number, and drifting out of 2 year ownership, Samsung were happy to offer a One time Warranty repair, An Engineer arrived on behalf of Samsung from this company, who assessed the appliance (Tumble Dryer) Advised that he/they would need to order parts, even offered to replace the lid and left. Over a week later phoned this company to find that they have deemed my device 'customer damage' and can only order parts with a serial number... Basically said sorry we can't help you in any way whatsoever, condemning my appliance in a report to Samsung. Moreover the girl who dealt with my phonecall was condescending, quite abrupt and rude. I've represented Samsung as an HHP Engineer for over 8 years and regard the experience with this Company a dis-credit to the brand. Wouldn't ask this company for the time of day moving forward.

I ordered some Bose speakers which were a great price and a while after I got an email to say it would be delivered by DPD the next day, nothing arrived that day and then a voicemail was left just after 5pm asking me to ring back regarding my order, I rang 10 minutes later but there was no answer. I rang the following morning and again there was no answer. Later that morning the call was answered but the person who answered couldn't help and I was told they would get back to me that morning, no one did so I called again in the afternoon and was told the person dealing with it was in meetings all day and they would ring me at some point but heard nothing all day. I waited until lunch time the next day and still nothing, I called again and I was told someone would call back 30 minutes later, 2 hours later and still nothing, so I sent a message via the facebook profile, this was quickly responded to where I was told my item was damaged before dispatch and they had no more and offered a refund. I found the whole process really stressful and difficult, which could have been solved by better communication...Either telling the situation fully on the answerphone message, emailing me or having the details available to anyone answering the phone so I could be informed when I rang rather than relying on one person would have solved the problems. The false promises of call backs etc were frustrating. I was particularly concerned because I realised the item was end of line and wanted to find out if I needed to source from elsewhere quickly before it was sold out everywhere. Furthermore during my dialogue on messenger, I said I would have to now order the speakers from elsewhere at a higher cost and await my refund from Martin Dawes, and asked if for all the hassle would they consider offering me any discount on the speaker brackets, this bit of the message was ignored and I was just told apologies again and they will arrange a refund. Got the refund after several days more of waiting.
