“We’ve used marshals Pendle flags in buff and had over 10 years out of them which still looked great. Recently updated and increased the size of the patio - great communication and efficient service.”

“Took your products back to approved merchant as wrong colour chips in corners did not even open the pallet it was wrong product paid cash two weeks in advance only to be told my refund will maybe approved by marshalls after inspection with a £95 handling charge after charging me £90 to split a pallet as and when that happens they can't help me ???????????”

“I can't thank Callum enough. He saved the day on Monday morning. Excellent service. Really looking forward to delivery of the grey-multi circle kit on Wednesday so the garden project can be completed this week.”

“Having a dreadful time with delivery. Have been told for three days the delivery is on route with a guaranteed time slot which is simply not true. We have landscapers waiting, skips delivered all costing money. The relationship between Marshalls and their delivery company is dire, someone in the delivery company is not being truthful and it’s costing money and time. Awful. I’ve now been told this morning even though the delivery company might say it will be delivered today, there is still no guarantee. Customer service at Marshalls very friendly / helpful but let down badly by external haulage company. Unfortunately I would say definitely go elsewhere.”

“The products are amazing. Give yourself plenty of time for delivery as the transport and logistics side is dreadful. Customer service are very helpful but rely on the transport side who are not great and let down the whole company. They definitely need a back up plan for failed deliveries as this delayed us by a whole week as the truck broke down with our product onboard. They had to reissue it from Ipswich rather than cross-load and deliver our original product which was 3 miles away on a broken truck. Logistics nightmare!”

“I have this morning taken delivery for my keyblok paving in charcoal. I love it! More so because of the ease of purchasing. Very clear process, timescales and communication. I was told at the point of ordering the delivery slot was between 8am-4pm on 17/03 & the lovely chap called me at 7:15am to confirm he was on route & was here with the wagon at 7:55am. I had a specific area I needed the blocks to be unloaded to & Chris was very understanding of this & confirmed several times I was happy with the placement. Overall such a lovely customer experience and I am really looking forward to seeing my new driveway in all of its glory very soon. The delivery driver was called Chris and is Haulier number 1020. Amazing job thanks again.”
