“Online purchase was simple and hassle free, and I really can’t fault the delivery process, driver was very accommodating, with delivery only taking 10mins to drop well into my garden space where I needed it!”

“Very satisfied with the delivery service. It was punctual with good phone communication. The delivery man had to use a Moffett as my house is down a narrow lane. This was done efficiently. A pleasant experiewnce!”

“Unfortunately “Marshall’s register and accreditation” appears to have no value - unqualified contractor, botched installation… subsidence started 4 weeks after the install of the patio… now have to fight with “Marshall’s guarantee” … don’t be misled by Marshall’s “accreditation” or “guarantee” - zero value, just marketing to sell more stuff… very sad”

“As an approved contractor since the inception of the Marshall's register with an annual spend of over £100k for over 30 years, there has been a noticeable steady increase of defective and sub standard products. Low density crumbling blocks that don't dry out. Colour issues. Crumbling edges, damages major thickness variations etc. Complaints not properly dealt with. Calls to major management players unanswered. These problems have cost my company thousands in loss of profit and costs and have become more and more acute over several years. I have had on site meetings with management admitting production quality issues but they do not act on the problems. There are jobs that have been relaid that still require attention. Time to change supply to other manufacturers. BUYERS. BEWARE!”

“quality product, shame your delivery tracking system is worse than useless. text message notifying delivery between 09.54 & 10.54 came through at 10.07, & when i checked the lorry tracker your system said the lorry was still in Newport South Wales, 140 miles away!!”
