“I don't recall where I heard about Marloe, but I'd put a note on my phone to one day check them out. I think a year or so might have passed before I noticed the note! It was possibly serendipitous as, after finding the website and seeing so many beautiful watches I'd have happily acquired, the GMT had only just been released and it grabbed my attention immediately. If I hadn't waited so long I might have already bought something and not been able to justify owning the GMT as well! It really is a beautiful watch and the GMT movement is quite the head spin. Super cool. I got the blue GMT Day and it's quite weird; in the evening under low light it seems to glow as the light bounces off that beautiful blue dial. First time I had to turn the lights off to check whether it was luminescing. It wasn't. And after only a few days of wear I had someone notice and ask me about it. I already own a Brietling Old Navitimer and a Mido Commander, both beautiful, classic watches in their own right. But the GMT is easily now my favourite any time (excuse the pun), anywhere watch. In terms of ordering and delivery, absolutely flawless. Shipped all the way across the world to New Zealand in just 7 days. All shipping costs, import taxes, duties etc covered. Brilliant. Has to be one of the most gratifying online purchases I have ever made! Well done Marloe, I am spreading the word down under :)”
