Really pleased with the final product and how it looks once in place, only thing I would suggest they do is take a little more time to pack things up and explain when things are out of stock etc some plastic ends were broken in delivery. They sent out replacements straight away and helped me so there were no issues in the end.

The display boards I ordered arrived on time and everything I ordered was present so that was good. I tried to put everything into the carry bag but found I cannot fit in half of the poles - the ones that have the bit of metal with a screw thread on at one end. So unfortunately they have to remain outside the bag and we'll have to find another bag or way of keeping them together.

Both Gareth and Siobhan were very helpful and accomodating with my specific needs. The banners were produced on time, however there was a fault on the printing of one which was unfortunate. I sent a photo to the team and this was quickly resolved by them sending a replacement to the agent. I was not impressed by TNT whereby a delivery was left with a neighbour. The only information they left on the delivery note was a surname and not a house number, this caused some inconvenience for the recipient, as they were not sure who to follow this up with.Going forward TNT need to leave more information on the notes.Overall though I have had positive feedback from the agents regarding the quality of the print of the banners and how they look.

You printed custom pop up stand sheets for us, after a disaster by your printing dept the correct items where received and are superb a big thank you to Jordan for sorting the problems out

I’m still waiting for a roll of Velcro and a printed table cloth - but I must say Gareth did well to source alternative display screens at the last moment! This was much appreciated - however, I await the Velcro and table cloth!!

We ordered a pull up stand with a very tight timescale. The service in meeting our deadline was excellent however when the stand arrived it was damaged. The damage would have been apparent had the stand been quality inspected prior to dispatch which is disappointing. The damaged sections have now been replaced and we are pleased with the stand.

Rather disappointing. Items missing, items broken. Not what I expected from my past knowledge of marler haley. For the money I paid, I would have expected everything to be perfect.

taff are very responsive to questions but actual delivery of products was poor - faulty item, delivered on the wrong day, no receipt for payment received. Faulty item was soon replaced and receipted invoice sent when asked, but I was disappointed that the whole process was not straight forward.

Purchased 6 stand up banners. Communication for production was poor and 2 out of the 6 have arrived damaged. I have emailed about this a month ago and yet no resolve.

I have been trying since July to find out whether I can get spare parts for their Senior Folding Display Board System. I have e-mailed them three times (receiving an automated acknowledgement on each occasion) and called and left a message on their answerphone (talking to a human is apparently not an option) on two further occasions. Absolutely no response to my question. I like the product but customer service??????

The pole and panel boards I bought are useless, badly designed, hard to erect and unstable. I had lots of exhibition stands in the past and they were brilliant, so very disappointed. Customer service is non existent. I wanted the displays changed to a simple folding display but no joy. I would not recommend this company. I will buy elsewhere!

Agreed deadline was yesterday for delivery and no note made by MH. Upon chasing the job was given no explanation about why deadline wasn't noted on initial call and when asking for even a partial refund, as the banners didn't arrive in time for purpose they were printed for, was flat out refused. Asking to have note made that we need to do a rush job/priority delivery was told they'd get back to me with updates several times which ever happened. Man who answered was very curt and cut me off when I asked if what we covered in the call could be confirmed in writing and emailed to me, to ensure clear communication of the issue with my colleagues. Rude, slow and a complete surprise as we have used MH for years with no issues before.

I asked last week if a turnaround by a certain date was possible as i required delivery by Tuesday. Then there was an issue with a file so I was assured delivery by Wednesday. I had to call to check the file had been received and also push for reassurance the date would be met. Last night I received an unapologetic email to say the banners couldn't be delivered in time for the event. If i had known this last week I would have gone elsewhere but I'm now too late to arrange anything and feel utterly disappointed by your approach.

Decided to order a branded gazebo from Marler Haley with a two week turnaround time. Requested a spec and informed them of our delivery dates in advance. I provided the artwork within the deadline they provided. The following day, they cancelled my order and said they couldn't deliver it in time. I'm now left with no time to organise a replacement. Very disappointed and won't be using them again.
