“I am an architect and have so far only used MapServe a few times because I was getting frustrated with my previous provider and wanted to try something new. So far I have been very pleasently suprised. I found the website intuitive and esay to use, the maps were cheaper than my previous provider and I liked that I could add various layers of detail depending on the job. One time I realised that I had accidentally purchased the wrong map and I phoned up the customer service team who were very helpful with resolving my issue and getting the information I needed. Overall my experience with MapServe was overwhealmingly positive and I would highly reccommend.”

“Hi, I really like the website and the price, but unfortunately I was not able to use the output supplied and so had to purchase again from a (more expensive) competitor. My software uses shapefiles for background mapping, but has a tool to convert .dxf files too. However the .dxf file your company supplied was not recognised by my software, whereas the one provided by the competitor was. This is the first time I have had this problem of my software not recognising a .dxf file. Cheers Geoff”

“HI - I found the site slightly muddly to use as a first time user to mapserve. Although the os maps were produced in dwg which is fine, there should be an easy option for a pdf file as well. There maybe an option, but pressed for time as everyone, it was not readily apparent. Paul”

“The mapping system is very easy to use. Easy to export into a drawing file and covers all the details I need to use it for which is site and location plans. I do not use the add on that much but I am aware that they are there if needed.”

“Pros: Search function is good along with a preview so you know what area you are getting. Cons: Far to many marketing emails sent after purchase, and if you need a new map it does not take into account any previous maps it overlaps and offer a discount.”

“I've only used the service for OS maps in CAD, they are great, the platform interface is user friendly and intuitive and have competitive prices compared to other providers I have used in the past. I recommend!”
