“Only just starting to use Mapserve as my original supplier has become too expensive. The site is easy to use and very quick to download the required map and prices are very reasonable. The only downside is to have a monthly account, the cost is quite high and the savings amount to around a £1 per map. On that basis I need to download about 100 maps to make a saving.”

“Very good, easy to use, mapping service. In addition to the OS base the information available on trees, levels and existing building heights is very useful if a topo survey isn't available?”

We appreciate your feedback, however, a yearly subscription for unlimited maps is not possible at the moment the way Ordnance Survey maps are designed and provided. “I use MapServe primarily in connection with planning applications. The DWG format maps are good - fonts and lineweights are clear and crisp. These are minor things but do make a difference to hassle-free presentation. The user interface is good too - it's easy to see what you are getting and what you will pay. All-in-all, the best map provider I have come across.”

“The mapping is easy to use and to find the required information. The additional features like the house levels I use once which saved me a lot of time and money as I did not need to do a level survey. As I do not have GPS it is difficult to find OS benchmarks.”

“I have used MapServe for many years now. The software is really easy to use, there are plenty of options and layers to add to the maps you download and the whole process is really quick and smooth. They have also been flexible when I have downloaded something in error. Never felt the need to look elsewhere.”
