Dear customer thank you for your feedback. We have various tools available on the website, automatic and manual ones to help you draw the outline of your building but you do need to click on them to work before you add the map to your basket. “in fact I have not been able to download the plan I have paid for. Probably did not understand the system . Previously I have bought direct from Ordnance Survey plans at either six inch or twelve inch to the mile; and have received a print by post. That was much easier.”

“Very easy to use, always use mapserve for my location plans/block plans etc. Decent options such as full colour, contours, etc. Price could be a little lower but that's probably the same for everything.”
