“Very unimpressed that my email address has been harvested. Please remove all those email addresses that you have from those who pre-ordered food for the recent Lanequest. I have not bought anything from this store, although the store itself seems like it is serving a very valuable purpose for the region.”

This makes us cry so hard. This lady purchased a Kebab. It was an offer to those attending a cycling event we hosted to preorder some food to avoid disappointment. They came and had a wonderful time and enjoyed their BBQ kebab, they parked for free, we gave them both a free beer too. We had a lovely chat after ride. Our email systems are all automatic, if you check the box to opt out, you can opt out. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our GDPR policy is published, and you have the right to be completely forgotten and erased at anytime. All you need to do is click the boxes. One star reviews are not only hurtful to our hard work to please, but really affect our presence on search. It is so sad that out of so much desire to please and create a happy space that such negativity can prevail. 😞 If you would like to see for yourselves what happened, you can see the event we hosted on our social media, where everyone was having a great time.

“I don’t gain anything by saying MapDec is BRILLIANT, but they are. In Kendal we’re lucky to have this amazing workshop, cycle gym, and every kind of support from enthusiastic staff a cyclist could hope for. I’ve benefitted from them looking after my bike, training advise, and a great place to link with likeminded people. Apart from the workshop I’m a “club” member (great value at £xx) and benefit from strength, mobility and turbo classes, plus week-days online live yoga …. They even have onsite massage staff! Without this place I’d be slower on the bike and with way more aches - I doubt you’d find such great facility outside the biggest cities. Brill”

“Took my forks in for very long overdue service. Inspection and report were prompt and clear. Cost explained really clearly. I was kept updated and a full report was given when I collected them. Great price, considering the amount of work completed and less than I was kind of expecting to pay. They even made it onto Facebook! Great work and great cost. Will be back soon”
