I dont know what to do, because they didnt return my money, they say that they dont have my return, bu i see , that they received my order. Dont buy from this company.

Huge dissapointment!!! I have returned an item-they say lately- I would argue. Anyhow, the application for returns allowed to select the item for return. They made me pay 15.5 eur as return fee. It has been 6 weeks since I have returned the item when I wrote an email asking for my refund. They told me that I have made the return late and they are not refunding the price. So! They are keeping the returned item, they are keeping my money and made me pay an unecessary 15 eur return fee. Unethical, unproffessional. The clothes are okay but if you have the slight minor inconvenience dont count on their customer service and customer treatment. Not my last review I can assure!

A terrible company! I have tried ordering items on multiple occasions and there customer services has been horrendous. I've received items complete deformed, dirty. Their customer service tends to blame everyone else, including my body shape, for their manufacturing issues. Rather than simply apologizing and offering a free refund, they make you pay for return shipping of the defective items.

THEY GAVE ME THEIR COMPANY LINK TO TRACK THE RETURNS AND ITS NOT THE ORIGINAL FROM GLS, AND ALSO GAVE A FAKE INFORMATION!!! THE ORIGINAL GLS TRACKING WEBSITE SAID ITS DELIVERED/RETURNED ON THEIR STORAGE SINCE 16.01 9am!!!!!! REFUND MY MONEY!!!!

Faulty/damaged/poor service Ordered a jacket, was sent out and it was ripped from inside lining. The collars on the jacket were uneven and unwearable. The customer service was poor did not want to help at all wouldn’t accept a refund or replacement. Literally said I have to deal With it. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY!!

Très mauvaise expérience. Je leur demande simplement de me rembourser les frais de retour de 10€ car c’est de leur faute si je retourne le colis (colis arrivé avec énormément de retard + quand j’ai ouvert le paquet il y avait une odeur extrêmement désagréable j’avais l’impression que les vêtements sortaient d’un local à poubelle.) et ils refusent. De plus, le colis en plus d’être arrivé en retard a été envoyer en deux paquets différents pour 2 articles achetés. Ils veulent simplement encombrer leur client. Bref je n’achèterai plus jamais. Je n’ai même pas essayé les habits mais vu l’odeur…200€ une jupe qui pue les égouts et la qualité ne doit pas être non plus au rendez vous.

Save your money, rubbish clothes, order some item which not fit send it back but I don’t get my money back instead they give u a gift card avoid it

I sent the company several messages about a skirt I wanted to order because I needed advice on sizing. They answered my question however when I went back to order the skirt they raised the price from $150 to $175. They offer free shipping over $200. Honestly it was a matter of one day , and literally the next they raised the price! They don’t offer any discounts for first time buyers nor any for email sign up. The quality of their clothing does not equal their price point. Their clothes are made cheaply and rip as soon as you wash them. Needless to say they won’t be getting my business again!

First time ordering and delivery process was terrible ! After 4 days delay my parcel ended up at a parcel shop for my ‘pick up’ which wasn’t my selected choice of delivery. Spent my hour lunch break to pick it up, after spending my hard earned money this parcel also cost me valuable time. My brother warned me that he’s heard too many people complain about them and he would never shop from them, I should have listened. Imagine spending hundreds of £s and still having such a horrible experience. The item was too big even though I went a size down and I’m completely nervous about returning because I’ve seen so many bad experiences of people not getting their money or lost items. Fake luxury, not worth the time and money in my opinion there are other better brands that make you feel like your purchase made sense.

I returned an item 9-9-23. by USPS and as of 10-12-23 I was informed by USPS they don’t have possession my package anymore after leaving it in NY. I contacted Maniere and they just keep saying I have to wait the allotted Return time.I’ve sent several emails and I beyond disgusted with there Scamming me for my $104.00. ITS BEEN 36 Days. Pathetic!

Absolutely abysmal customer service: 1) sent my items to another location and would not refund me the delivery fee because it “technically arrived next day” 2) they did not initiate my refund when they said they would 3) never acknowledge their mistake and took ages to sort the issue I checked my tracking details and it showed my parcel at a completely DIFFERENT address. I paid £7 for next day delivery to my home address. When I contacted the Maniere De Voir customer services which a picture of my confirmation email showing my delivery address, they said they would not refund me the delivery charge saying that technically it did arrive BUT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. They said “Unfortunately we are unable to refund your original delivery fee as it was delivered on time within the next day of your order as promised. We do apologise for not being able to meet this request.” I think it’s unacceptable they would say they technically delivered the service because it arrived the same day, it’s absurd. I emailed with several staff members who never once acknowledged their mistake. They then said they can send out a replacement but this will take time as they need to wait for the original parcel to get back to their warehouse. I decided I don’t want their items so I asked for a refund. They again said they could not refund the delivery charge. The parcel never made it to my house, so why should the financial onus be on me? I escalated it and they finally approved the refund. However, once I waited the 3-5 business days, there was no refund. I emailed them and they told me to speak to my bank which I did. My bank told me they were not holding any funds. I went back to Maniere De Voir and they checked again and said they had not initiated the refund. I waited the 5 business days and it finally arrived. I genuinely cannot understand how they could mess up so many times. I had ordered another parcel a day after my initial order and I returned it without opening the parcel because there is no way I’m giving my money to a business that cares so little about customers with the simple logistics of e-commerce. I’m glad I kept none of the items, vote with your money. If you have any issues, ask to “escalate the complaint” otherwise they will ignore your requests.

Quality is ok - not worth it for the price. I tried to return something, and due to how long it took to return from Australia, it was slightly out of their 'returns' policy. They then said I'd only be entitled to a credit note, which only lasts for 3 months. Ridiculous! Shipping fees are exorbitant as well. Will not be buying from here ever again.

You have to pay for shipping and returns. Only a handful of countries can return with rebound, but others have to arrange the shipping themself, which means paying 8x more. The return would have cost the same amount as the products (2 jackets)... Do not recommend.
