“Cameo are delighted with our lovely new website created by Make Me Local. It’s fantastic having local people to deal with face to face as well as over the phone/email. Any change requests are dealt with efficiently. Molly’s work on Instagram has been instrumental in increasing our social media presence. We are really pleased with all Make Me Local’s service to date.”

“We recently employed Molly to drag us into the 21st Century and help give our business an online presence using Facebook and Instagram. As designers working in a very visual industry Gaynor and I were both aware that Instagram, in particular, is a very powerful tool for promoting your company and engaging your potential customers. However, when you are busy working on projects it is hard to set aside the time for daily posts. We are both self confessed control freaks and we were uncertain as to how someone other than “us” could portray our company in the right way. We met Molly at her offices where she asked lots of questions about our company and explained how things would work. We left feeling excited and prepared to give it a go. We sent over several images for her to use on posts but Molly also suggested her own images and added the wording for us which she pitched just right. Gaynor and I are extremely impressed and now feel totally confident in letting Molly go it alone without our approval of every image and post. It is such a relief for us to know one of the jobs we dreaded is being done on our behalf daily. It is extremely satisfying watching the amount of followers and likes to our page and posts increase and this is all down to Molly at Make Me Local. We would have no hesitation in recommending Molly to any businesses requiring help with their Social Media campaign.”

“I cannot express how deeply grateful I am for the advice and wisdom Nathan gave me in a recent situation I found myself in with a customer of ours – he was very patient with me and his calmness, confidence and wealth of experience quickly eased my fears. We had quite a few calls and emails back and forth and I’m pretty sure Nathan would not normally have worked on to that time of day, particularly as England were about to play a World Cup football match that evening. It was so evident that Nathan was committed to helping me and he did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing him in the slightest. “I've heard Nathan's name many times at networking events so when I needed a new website I had to meet with him. He is a man with integrity and honesty. My project will be growing over the next few years and although he loved the concept felt that he wouldn't be the best person for the job. “For those of you that poo poo the idea of Twitter or don’t like the idea of having your life splashed across Facebook or Instagram, you have obviously not had the good fortune to have Molly Miller of Make Me Local in control of your social media. It’s great when I open my Facebook account to see that the latest post on the business page has been liked and shared many, many times, getting my business name out there, keeping contacts informed of what is happening in my business world, posting informative facts relative to my business (some that I didn’t even know so that’s great for me too) and even sending seasons greetings on my behalf – and not one drunken selfie to be seen (they’re on my personal account!!). Molly is efficient, articulate, informative and is a tremendous asset to the already phenomenal set up of Make Me Local. “To say that I am over the moon with my new website & MOT booking system that has been tailor made for me would be a tragic understatement. The site has been live for little over a week now and I can’t believe the response / bookings that I’m getting from it, Nathan you are truly a genius and having been stung in the past I did have my reservations about going for another website, even though you said to me “Adrian I can’t promise you anything so don’t build your hopes up too much, all I can do is try and drive people to your site”. “Just a quick email regarding the website. I feel a short email is long overdue regarding the service and support your company has given me. I would just like to say since you have done the website it has transformed my business! My call rate has easily quadrupled and then some. I was more than happy to tick along before but now realise the impact a quality, professional website can do. When I ask customers why they choose us they always mentioned the brilliant website and the way it is presented over the other Locksmiths Websites which they had also looked at, which persuaded them to call us first! “Nathan came by way of a recommendation, and he’ll certainly be getting loads more from me. He had a pretty tough brief from me, which was to build me a website SO different from the competition, and make it work with Rightmove. I told him what I DIDN’T like and l sent him off. We collaborated extremely well, it was never a problem for him to visit me, and if I wasn’t sure or didn’t like something he scrapped it and went back to the drawing board with good grace. His desire to provide you with a finished product you will love is incredible and quite infectious, and that’s the result he achieved. I’ve had SO many positive comments from clients, and more importantly the first valuation I got through the site was converted into an instruction and sale, so it’s paid for itself already. He has a great team behind him too.”
