“Magenta Storage in Oxford are amazing! Professional and courteous staff. A really helpful bunch. Great storage facilities that are exceptionally safe and secure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Magenta Storage to anyone. The price was un line with elsewhere but Magenta is more secure and the customer service far superior. My belongings were in storage for over 3 months and I visited numerous times. I even received a refund for unused storage days.”

“Great service, helpful and kind staff. Excellent customer service. Good price and quick refund. A special thank you to Ben who made things work on a Saturday afternoon, very friendly and helpful. I recommend and will definitely use Magenta again. Thank you to the whole team.”

“Very nice service, all the members of staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. The storage room was actually a lot bigger that we thought it would be and managed to fit a huge amount of stuff in. The system is well managed as well and so is the pricing. I enjoyed working with Magenta”

“Throughout our occupation at the storage unit all staff were super helpful and friendly. I would like to thank Kerry-Ann for always responding so promptly and efficiently to all our emails. The only problem we found whilst at the unit was the lifts. It seemed like every time we visited there was one lift out of action. During our move out day the lift was getting serviced/fixed and everytime we called for it the broken lift would come down which would lead and the lift technician being annoying, it definitely lengthened our move out time but I guess these things an unavoidable.”

“I have had a great experience with the Magenta Storage branch in Oxford. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The lockers themselves are of a good standard. I am confident that my belongings are in safe hands. Would certainly recommend to a friend, especially students who need storage for during vacations.”
