“Very, very, helpful indeed. My 'David' bag (large) was in short supply so I had to wait a short while for it to be made for me. It was then couriered direct from Italy to me in Wiltshire in the UK. At every stage Customer Service kept me up to date. The wait was worthwhile, this is one of the nicest items I have ever bought in my life absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. I am a very happy customer!”

“We bought a men’s messenger bag as a gift but then couldn’t resist buying one for myself. So glad I did as they’ve just been delivered and look great! Good customer service, too - initially out of stock, so a bit of a delay, but Made in Tuscany ensured they were received in time for the birthday.”

“I purchased my bags for a day/night away! They were perfect .... loved the style, looked great, lovely quality. Comfortable to wear all day! The website showed all angles, pockets, size etc so knew what to expect, and they were exactly that .... I couldn’t fault it at all. Delivery was quick ... Will definitely purchase from here again! Big ticks all round.”

“When I made my initial order the colour I chose was not available, I was contacted very quickly to discuss alternatives. Majorie was a delight to chat to about the product. Unfortunately there was then another delay in shipping but again Marjorie was very quick to respond to my query and assured me my order was being processed and would be shipped shortly. My Tuscany bag did take 3 months from order date to delivery date but it was worth the wait. My bag came securely packaged in perfect condition. The colour and feel of the bag is amazing and Marjorie even sent some Tuscany Leather Waterstop. I have had several comments on my bag. I love that I can wear it as a backpack, across shoulder or over shoulder bag depending on my needs. Thank you Made is Tuscany.”

Dear Rob, I am sorry for the mix-up with your bag. As soon as you flagged this, however, I responded to find a solution you would be happy with. When we didn't hear for a few days, we called you. I'm aware that you didn't want to have to drop-off the incorrect bag which is understandable and I should have probably suggested a courier pick up in the first place. Thank you for cooperating with us to exchange for the correct bag and I am sorry for the error. We had mistakenly attached the wrong DHL label to the box. Best wishes Teresa

“The bag I bought from made is Tuscany is beautiful. Quality leather, really well made and a great design. It arrived and even included a leather care kit. It took quite a while to arrive but Marjorie notified me of delays and in the end it came in time for my deadline so all in it was worth the wait. Very happy with my bag”

“Needed this bag for a holiday and although I was told of a slight delay I was kept informed and the bag arrived on time. The leather is very soft and I love all the pockets so items can be retrieved easily when in a hurry. Great capacity so plenty of space to store jumpers.i pads and glasses. Perfect for my needs”
