“For starters I have not received my item as you gave a three plus week delivery time. But you sent a review anyway ? Also you have the cheek to ask for a delivery charge at £23 which to the Channel Islands is ridiculous also you don’t take the Vat off The discount looks now to be too good to be true !”

“Ordered heavy bag and gloves - gloves are great, heavy bag was ripped when arrived, I sent some photos straight away, immediately got a call back (like within the hour) and a new bag dispatched, old one collected. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Great product as well.”
