“Shorts tiny despite following sizing guide. Had to return and buy elsewhere 2 sizes bigger. Disappointed at having had to pay over the odds for delivery and return, particularly when you were unable to exchange given you were sold out.”

“Leggings were ill fitting and not great quality. Seams sat in odd places and the ankles were baggy. Had to return and was going to exchange for a different pair for a brand I know fits properly, but the website kept trying to get me to check out and pay instead of accepting it as an exchange. Could only get a bot through the help function so I lost patience and processed a return, losing money in the process.”
