This is not a review on the product as I still haven’t received it yet this poor review is the for fact they use Hermes aka Evri who will always been the worst delivery company I have ever known absolutely useless the fact they changed their name and still suck is beyond on me I would be embarrassed if I was then f****** shocking.

It has been bought to my attention that the reason delivery has not been successful is due to an address error, I can see the flat number is unfortunately missing. I received the gloves but they were too small so I returned them. I requested either a Size Large be sent to me or a refund; I have not received either in nearly 2 weeks.

Placed an order at the start of June and we are still waiting yet the tracking says it has left on the 4th of June. The tracking number does not work with Hermes and you don’t reply to emails. Items were bought as a gift so now have a very disappointed little boy.

Hi Ben, Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'm so sorry you did not receive your parcel. After taking a further look into this, I can see my colleague opened a parcel search via DPD as there were no scans within 48 hours from dispatch. DPD unfortunately concluded the parcel as missing, and I can see a full refund has been processed for you - the funds should take 5 working days to hit your account. I can only apologise for the error on DPD's behalf, we work very closely with our couriers to prevent issues as you have experienced, please be reassured this is not our standard practise. Due to Brexit, customs charges are now out of our control and are charged once the parcel has reached your country - this is advised in our terms and conditions, and delivery section via our website. Awful. My product came a week later and was badly damaged, and can’t be refunded. Complete waste of money. I bought a wooden training sword and when I opened the box the tip of the blade was chipped and cracked. Like it was thrown about whilst in delivery. Would not recommend this website.

Products are good. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor. I ordered express delivery (paid extra) to receive the goods within 48 hours. The order took 2 weeks to arrive. Thankfully the extra price I paid for delivery was refunded but this took emails from me to initiate - there was no initiative taken from the company. It was stated via email that there should have been a message on the website stating express delivery was not available due to warehouse improvements. I am a stickler for details so find it hard to believe I missed this. However, express delivery shouldn't be an option available on the site if it cannot be honoured. I had to proactively chase the order even when sent after a full week from Made4fighters as the company they used took a further week to deliver. The delivery was from and to the UK - not an international delivery. The items are of good quality but the amount of chasing expected of customers whilst showing no initiative to track or take ownership of delivery was beyond poor. Items were ordered for a specific occasion - missed, unfortunately. Danielle who replied via email was professional and did respond timely - so that was appreciated.

my order never arrived. The answer was that the transport company lost my package but Made4fighter was not responsible for sending it again. A shame because I thought it was a respectable company

If you place an order and send the items back they do not refund the delivery charge which is very unusual as most companies do. Won’t be ordering from here again encase it needs returning.

Ordered my item on 16/11/2021, date today is 07/12/2021, item still not delivered. Have requested refund! Haven’t had issues with Made4Fighters orders previously but I’m not confident in ordering anymore unfortunately.

I placed an order on 14th November and have still not received it despite paying for delivery. Not received any updates and the there is nothing useful on the tracking information other than saying it’s been dispatched on 16th November
